I purchased three self-paced courses from Cannabis Community College for $269.00 on March 24, 2021 and was assigned to take the courses on March 25, 20221. However, to do my busy work schedule I was unable to ever log into the portal and begin the courses, so on May 5, 2021 I contacted the school requesting a refund. Their website states a full refund will be made if "The student has proceeded no further than logging into their student portal." I never once logged in and my original point of contact with the school, Erin Buckner, confirmed this with student administration. Despite numerous email follow-ups, I never heard back from student administration and never received a refund. I have recently tried contacting them again through email and the contact form on their website and still do not get a response. My transaction number was *****************.
