A friend of mine invited my husband and I to her wedding in ****** Jamaica Dec 2020 at a ******* resort. She went through Gogo Vacations to book all reservations. We were unable to attend the wedding due to the pandemic and not getting a passport in time. We could not get a refund/credit, per Gogo, but was allowed to reschedule. We paid the difference through Gogo to reschedule and received confirmation of the new date. Fast forward to the present, I called ******* recently to ask about my room and they were unable to access my reservation or even confirm that I have one. They advised that I contact Gogo since the reservation was booked through them and since they are a travel agency they cannot communicate with me. ******* provided me with the name of Diane to contact at Gogo, but did not provide any means of contacting her. I reached out to Brittanie W. via email on 11/3/21. She is the travel agent through Gogo and point of contact with the initial booking in 2020. She stated that she would contact whoever finalized our booking for the rescheduling, she mentioned the name Kristine. I was told that I should hear something by Monday 11/8/21 and I have not. My trip is scheduled for 12/16/21 and I have no way of ensuring that when I get to Jamaica I can access/check into my room or if there is even a reservation on file. I would like someone from Gogo to contact me and confirm that I actually have a reservation at ******* ******. I also want rights to/(exchange) my booking given to ******* so they have access to my reservation and can communicate with me.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2021/11/25) */ I have finally heard back from B. W******* who communicated via email with the travel agent that finalized our booking. I was informed that she reached out to ******* and confirmed the booking. As of now it appears that our booking has been verified. If we arrive at the resort and that is not the case I will attempt to reopen the compliant.
