      Just had the most awesome vacation of my life with me and my family. Big help from Vegas.com which served as a one-stop shop for alot of great shows and attractions. Before booking with them, I did do a head-to-head comparison against other websites like ******, and Vegas.com had less expensive service fees. They even managed to help save me from myself. I accidentally double booked two different shows on the same day at the same time... oops. Even though the website said no returns and no refunds... the customer service agent helped me move one of the shows to the next day. Thanx Vegas.com. Will definitely be using them again next time I go to Vegas.

      This site never answers the phone calls. We can not reach them from home or even here in VEGAS. Well no luck. I still need a refund, as the Venetian can not do anything about it. Been on the phone all morning going on 3.00 hours. I hope and pray I have never again, have to use this site for anything to do with VEGAS .

      These services are non existent, tried to call and was on hold for longer than three hours, decided to cancel the reservation. And swear to never use this site for anything.

      Charge me lot more money than actual Room rates at planet Hollywood starting three night on March 28th 2022. Although claim they will match the price or lowest price

      I am so disappointed I purchased 6 tickets for 2 different shows this weeken, and as I'm getting everything ready I noticed my tickets had a past date in February I immediately called and emailed to get assistance but all they said was they couldn't change the date I explained I wasn't trying to change my date but get the correct one I sent all my reservations, flight, hotel and other things we had booked so they could see that it was obvious those were the wrong dates. We spent alot of money on this tickets and our trip but they didn't care. I would not use Vegas.com again I would rather buy straight from the source instead of this third party websites.

      We stayed at the Caesars palace and purchased our room thru vegas.com. I specially upgraded to a STRIP VIEW room and was put into a "partial strip view" my view was one of the highway, parking garage and part of the mirage hotel not the Vegas strip. I was very disappointed in this and spent 1 hour of the vacation talking with management at the hotel to get switched. they were fully booked for the weekend in the strip rooms and did not change us. Also I purchased tickets to cirque du soleil O in the belagio thru vegas.com.... I am pretty positive I chose seats to the right of the auditorium in the middle and i somehow ended up top section all the way to the left... not close to where I chose seats so something definitely changed.

      As stated in my email. $75 dollars does not cover the differences of what was expected vs what I got. Not only that but traveling in would cost me a lot more money to use your coupon code there again. If you truly want to make it better I'd expect some sort of refund and not a promo code since I will not be going back to Vegas anytime soon
