Do not fall for this scam. This is a marketing company and their job is to get you in Vegas. Will over sell and under deliver. Quote from Andrew ****** the worker “ my job is just to get you to come to Vegas” after telling us we would be able to stay anywhere on the strip, free flights to anywhere in the country, a free 7 day resort stay. You will end up paying major resort fees. The free show is not of your choice, the free dinner is not dinner it’s a coupon to a low end lunch place, and the $200 in free play is for a specific slot machine and unless you win the Jack pot you get nothing. An emotional roller coaster and waste of money.

I am very disappointed about the Vegas Stronger promotion that I bought three years ago. I just attended the seminar online. I just went to Vegas. I drove 12 hours to get my perks and rewards. I was told I had to do the seminar again when I got there I showed up at the seminar and told him I had already done it online. They told me that I should not have to do this seminar again I filled out a dispute with one of the agents with the Vegas Stronger seminar, they told me they would send me my perks and rewards to the Luxor hotel front desk where I was staying I never received these perks, or rewards. Nothing was sent to the front desk of the Luxor. Nobody could help me in any way, shape or form I made phone calls. I emailed people. Everyone told me that it was all through the Vegas Stronger which I have not been able to get a hold of. I would like to be reimbursed someway in cash or whatever for the meals, the shows the dining dough and the gambling dough that I did not receive. I was so distraught that I didn’t even stay my full time. I hope that someone can help me out here. Sincerely, Kathi *****

Zero Star Rating for this company. The worst, rudest, harassing, badgering customer service by A. Miller (identified himself as the manager). Most of the additional perks included in their sales you can get as free handouts from businesses and vendors on the Las Vegas Strip. What a joke! They claim each of their sales calls and customer service calls are recorded. Ask them or try to get them to playback your call(s) for you. Good luck. I still expect a Full Refund and the perks from the company the represented.

I got a phone call from a lady offering me things that was to good to be true. A trip to Vegas for $459.00. She would not listen to me. She kept pushing for my card number. Finally I just hung up. She tried to call me back 9 times and when I would not answer she sent me text that said "Rot in **** you piece of **** FBI agent". Because I told her I work at a detention center.
