Two weeks ago R & M Tree Mainenance Service re-landscape our yard. We paid them several thousand dollars to remove about 400 sq. ft. of remaining grass, put down about 2 tons of rock, remove a small tree, grind out a 3 stumps, plant 14 small plants, plant 4 larger vines, move a small 4 foot sago palm moved and install a better drip irrigation which included 4 new irregation valves. They didn't grind out the stumps they ground them down and covered them up about 1/4 inch and are growing back already. Two of the smaller plants were substandard plants that are not doing well. They cut one irrigation tubing too short and it is pulling out of the PVC and flooded the neighbors shed. They put down irrigation tubing up against an outside emergency water cut off valve and now in an emergency you would have to cut the line to use the handle to shut off the water. They were going to come back in a couple of weeks to lace the vines onto the trellis and haven't been back to to that or fix what would be easy fixes for them. I have spoken to them twice on the phone, the son was very nice and he said he would talk to his dad (family business that accepts cash only). Now when I call they don't answer the phone or return calls. I would not recommend this company for what they charge unless you plan to follow them every step of the way to insure they do what they say correctly.
