      On 17 July 2024, had a profoundly unsatisfactory experience with AAA Anytime. While the concept of their operation is excellent, the actual process is executed.From the start, the initial customer contact could have been more professional. The day before my vehicle was scheduled for pick up, I received a call stating the transporter could not pick it up that day and would do so the next day. However, the unprofessional customer representative could not provide a specific time for the pick-up.The day before the scheduled pick-up, I called to confirm the time, but I needed help to reach a representative. On the scheduled pick-up day, I called several times and sent an email, awaiting a response. Finally, the same rude customer service representative called to confirm that the driver would be at my location in the afternoon. When I asked for a specific time, he dismissively said he didn't know because he wasn't the one driving the truck.Frustrated with his rudeness, I expressed my discomfort and told him he needed to improve his customer service skills. Shockingly, he told me I had mental health issues and needed to seek counseling. This behavior is utterly unacceptable, and no one should be treated in such a manner.Given this experience, I believe this company should be prohibited from shipping military vehicles. AAA Anytime's lack of professionalism and disrespect towards customers is inexcusable. Avoid this company if you value decent customer service and reliable communication.

      We hired AAA to ship our vehicle from ****** to **********. The sales man ensured a delivery of 3/38/24. The car was delivered to *************** where it sat with no additional plan to get it to ********. I called customer service and left over 10 messages over 7 days and never received a call back. I stayed in contact with Alaska Auto whom had the car and were also unable to contact AAA for updated information on a pickup. 2 weeks go by. Finally a trip is scheduled and then canceled the day of with AAA stating the truck was full and could not take my car. We made arrangements for another company to move the car due to AAA having NO plan to get my car to me weeks after it was shipped. Once AAA got word we were having it moved ourself the salesman called, threatened my family, sent emails threatening to repo my car from my home because he had the address etc. The schond half of my trip was NEVER taken care of. I have been out thousands on rentals waiting for my car to arrive and 1325 for a second company to get the car to ********. The salesman stated the only way to get out of repo is send email confirmation of cancellation. One I did that on April 24th he refused to accept it and refused to take care of the additional fees. They are a complete scam company! My car was damaged in the process or transport.

      Not sure how these guys got my number, maybe off the driver board, but I was solicited by a guy from Anytime claiming to have their own trucks, not being brokers, and was convinced they could get this done. I was transporting a show car, had never done this before, and was told to go open carrier. "You will be ok just have to wash it off." This was Misrepresentation from the start. On 4-23-24 I paid the full amount, to Anytime of $1498 which now I regret because any other carrier does not charge the full amount. to do this. There was no contact from them prior to the cutoff date of 4-28. I contacted them on the evening of the 27th asking why nothing had been done yet. I also wanted to change the mode, and did, to enclosed carrier (after talking it over with the seller) and was charged an extra $1200. Expected pickup date was to be BY 5-1, and NOT FULLFILLED. Because *** or *** or whatever name he went by, sometimes ****, (they have 3 numbers listed and he answers every one, it was actually comical calling him out on his name swap and he changes the tone of his voice, really?). Their no refund policy is highly unusual and after googling contracts learned what was called an adhesion contract ; one that works to the advantage of the contractor and very hard to get out of. They tell you in lieu of cancelation, or getting money back, you will be able to use their services for up to a year. This may be fine for guys that transport cars all the time. If I do not get a refund from these people I will be contacting the *** to get an EIN number since I'd be filing a form 1099 since the amount is over $600. I may also seek legal avenues because this business is totally sketchy and they shouldn't be able to operate in this fashion. It's amusing to read some of the responses from the Anytime *** or *** or **** because everyone else is wrong, or liars, and they get by doing what they are doing.

      they were supposed to pick up my car on Tuesday.I made the booking with them on Monday, I specifically told them the car must be picked up latest on Wednesday to avoid paying for storage, the first day I spoke with them, they were very friendly and assured me that it will be picked up on Tuesday or latest on Wednesday else I will be issued a full refund immediately which compelled me to pay them the full amount as requested.they charged me $798 for shipping from ******** to ************, which seemed lower than other prices and they assured me they would not disappoint. Today is Thursday, they haven't picked up my vehicle and I have already started paying storage fees, they no longer *************, they keep referring me to call a different number which is their customer service, that they can't help me only if I called the number, I would get a response. I called the customer service number, and they never take their calls too, you only have to drop a voice message for a call back. Pls, am begging this company to refund the full amount I paid for my vehicle shipping, they have failed in their service.their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. this is a fraudulent business. people should keep off. I need my money back.

      I am rejecting this response because: I paid for the car on Monday before contacting the shipping company.

      attached is proof of my payment from Copart. please verify the ************* of payment, if possible, please, send the proof to Copart for verification. 

      Copart informed me that the shipping company didn't show up to pick up the vehicle on Wednesday, am currently paying for storage.

      please, i need my full refund from this fraudulent business.

      Please look at the attached proof of payment. I paid for my vehicle on 01/22/2024.@ 01:51pm

      on the payment receipt, it shows it has to be picked up by 01/24/2024 else, i will begin to pay for storage.

      currently, i have started paying for storage because the shipping company refused to pickup my vehicle and deliver to me after paying them in full $798 @ 8pm 0n 01/22/2024.

      please, i need my refund in full, i am no longer interested in working with this shipping company. They have failed in their business.

      We hired and paid for this company to transport a car from ************ ** to **********. It was rescheduled twice. Upon the second time they offered a refund or another reschedule, I opted for the refund, since then they will not return my calls or send me my money. I actually spoke with someone and when i told them I was not happy they hung up on me. Not exactly a professional way to treat a paid in full customer.

      I booked a car shipping for my mother in law to be relocated from ********** to ***** on August 9th, 2023. We had to cancel her shipment date, due to her brother getting sick. I notified anytime *** of the cancellation and was told we would be given 1 year to use the funds. On October 20, 2023, my mother in laws brother unfortunately passed away. She decided it was best for her to remain in ********** with family due to grieving, which we happily agreed. I contacted anytime *** on November 1, ********************************************************************************************************************* law. *** made multiple phone calls, being told that it was in review with accounting and they would contact me. No one from the company ever contacted me or informed me of any decision on the request. My mother in law made several calls that kept getting disconnected in the middle of the calls. The gentleman whom I booked the rental with was so nice and polite when he was getting the money to book the shipping. After multiple attempts to contact customer service with no success, I left multiple voicemails and never received calls back. I reached out to what they call the booking department. The same gentleman whom I booked the car shipping with answered the phone, rose his voice on the phone call about how this was booking and not customer service. My attempts to tell him I couldnt get thru to customer service, and could he transfer me over to them, he proceeded to raise his voice again to speak over me, and stated that it was booking and if i didnt need to book a car shipping with them, he was hanging up the phone. He completely disconnected the call without trying to help me resolve my issue, went from nice during the booking, due a nasty mean monster because I was simply stating I could not get thru to customer service to get my issue resolved or even get an answer as to what was going on with my request. I would like for my mother in law to be refunded

      We have in fact responded every single time we received a call and/or email but the  consumer  ignores our repeated responses simply because they do not like our answer.

      This booking was made then postponed then cancelled.

      The payment is always good for one full year as per the confirmation.

      Provide proof where you responded to my emails or calls. I have the proof that you didnt. You are the one making false statements. Your company clearly is a scam and needs to be shut down. Its so funny to me to see you call everyone on here who complains a liar. You are a shady company. Period. I said in my original complaint that it was postponed, and then cancelled. I dont need you to repeat my words for self satisfaction. When a customer needs to cancel, especially in the case of a death, money should be refunded. To not have that policy in place, or even show compassion or that you have a heart, speaks volume about your company. You wouldnt even offer a partial refund. What company has a customer pay for service that they arent going to use? You are a terrible company, and I hope you can lay your head down at night when you sleep with how youre ripping people off and making false accusations about them. Keep the money. Greedy. Your scamming scummy company obviously dont get enough business to refund people. As a Christian ****** god sees everything. Good luck answering for your lies when you move on from this world.       these statements are completely and totally false, untrue, lies.

      We in fact had a truck there to pick up by but the consumer refused to release it to out truck drivers then they disputed the credit card charge which was rightfully NOT accepted by the credit card company.

      As per the confirmation the payment is non refundable and good for one full year.

His voice is on all the messages so it is safe to say this is the proprietor and he is a complete liar.The trucker they brokered the contract with is refusing to deliver to my door when I was assured by AAA Anytime that they would, the vehicle which started and ran fine when picked up no longer starts and they are denying any responsibility, and are requiring me to meet them in a parking lot and want me to bring 3 or 4 men to pull it off of the truck.

      Everything we said we were going to do, we did, exactly as we stated including providing insurance.

      The simple truth is that this vehicle does not run so therefore the you are responsible for unloading as per the confirmation you signed.

      i paid to ship my truck from CA to ******* was picked up intact with everything on it. When it arrived to my wife in ***** was missing the paint matched tonneau cover ($2200) value. My person receiving the vehicle called me to asked about the lid lid for the back of the truck and notified me that all the things in the back of the truck was waterlogged and damaged ($400 in items). The driver did not even volunteer to tell the person receiving the truck that the top was missing. He stated that they top was ripped off by a storm in some parts of *******. He stated that his company would take care of it. I immediately called the company (AAA) that my truck was damaged during shipping process. Horrible management would ensue after this with there never really being any follow up unless I was inquiring. I'm still waiting for a call from the manager. I have pictures from pickup and dropoff showing the top on at loading day and not on at delivery. I have proof off the driver admitting that this happened on his drive. Of all of my research of the companies it shows that Anytime hired a company that did not have cargo insurance therefore I'm out of luck with getting my top replace via the company's insurance. I refused to file under my insurance because the vehicle was not in my care. I'm just a worn down customer that wants this company to do the right thing. Assign an insurance adjuster to look at the claim and pay for the missing part. I am not a bitter customer as this company can attest that I have shipped vehicles with them atleast 3-4 other times. I just want them to correct their mistake on this last one. Someone didn't verify the company having proper insurance before loading my vehicle. I'm still waiting for an apology for that.

      Even what he wrote here proves that.

      First he says his wife received the car then in the next sentence he says the person, not his wife.

      That fact is that his wife did sign and date the deliveryreceipt/bill of lading showing/proving NO DAMAGE!!!

      There is not an insurance company in the world who would ever accept this claim.

      Please never contact us again, we have no interest in doing business with someone like you.

      The pictures shows all the evidence supporting my case.  I had to replace the top out of my own pocket in order to transport my family.  The last picture with black top I had to pay out of pocket an additional $800.  This company just has bad business practices and will not stand up to the fact that they hired a company that did not have proper insurance that cover cargo!  I have no reason to lie on my situation or that my wife called me immediately.  The language barrier of the driver not speaking English didnt help the situation.  I would not take off my lid to put something of lesser value.  Totally unprofessional with this company.  No morals or code of ethics.  Im disgusted with them!  I want the managers number Im still waiting on that.

      Truck left ********** with top on and arrived to my wife with it off.  I dont care what she signed.  The photos dont lie nor does the driver admitting to it.  He spoke in his language to say exactly what happened.

      Maybe it is his wife who caused the problem and she is not willing to admit it to her husband.

      Either way, the vehicle was delivered with no damage to it as per the signed **** of Lading.

      ********************** was scheduled to have his car picked up on 8/28/23 however when we called him to set the time he went into a rage, screaming, cursing, threatening, etc.

      At that point we told him we were cancelling his booking and refunding his payment which is exactly what we did.

      Please understand we choose who we do business with and he is definitely not one of those people.

      There will be no further comment from us regarding **********************, ever!

      I did receive a full refund from Anytime whatever their name is. This place is a scam operation  There is no satisfaction on how I was treated as a customer. There won't ever be. I want to make sure to get the word out there that these guys subscribe to shoddy business practices. I'm not the first and won't be the last. Thanks for the assistance.
