Horrible experience. My wife came in today and was seen. She was sent to a pharmacy to get the prescription and was told it would be ready in 30 min. The practioner completely disregarded what she had to say and she sent a referral to do useless tests. She went to the pharmacy, it wasn't called in. She called the office back and they said they were busy. They told her it would be ready at another pharmacy, she went there and guess what...it wasn't called in. Now, I call in, I'm obviously upset, the woman talking to me starts mocking me, laughing at me and saying "oh are you the big tough husband calling to defend your wife?" She went on for a couple minutes. I couldn't believe it. She told me she would call it in when she gets to it, just like she told my wife. I couldn't believe the rudeness and arrogance and lack of professionalism displayed. I then posted my review on ******, and in her resposnes she made up some false story about how there was a problem with my phone and how she was so happy "my sweet wife got her meds." On that platform you cannot respond to their response. What a joke. They were outright disrespectful, rude and horrible caregivers. This is an abuse of the system to discredit accurate reviews of their service. No call to recrify, just a vain attempt to save face in the public eye. We need to get the word out as they truly don't care about their patients. I guess there is a reason there is never any wait times at this office!

I do think you were having trouble with your phone, you kept asking, if you were being mocked, and my response was "absolutely not" but I don’t think you heard me, it was like we were having 2 different conversations. i hope your sweet wife is feeling better, and Im glad she was able to get her meds. Hope your day has gotten better , be well:)
