On September 1, 2022 I contacted ******** Sales in *********, ** about a car they have for sale, the car is a 2021 ****** Maxima SV that they are selling for $20,000. I spoke with the S&S representative about the car and he told me that it is still available and that there are no issues at all with the car. The car does have a rebuilt title because it was in a car accident, however they repaired the damages and it was inspected by the *************** and passed the inspection. The representative (*************************) informed me that there is another person interested in the car and I would have to put a deposit of $500 in order for them to hold it for me. I sent the $500 deposit via Zelle so that they can keep the car for me. The next day, September 2, 2022 I sent a wire transfer in the amount of $19,500 to pay off the remainder of the balance for the 2021 ****** Maxima. ******** confirmed that he received the $19,500 a few days later because the bank was closed for the weekend and labor day. I was able to secure a auto transportation company to pickup the car and deliver it to me in ********. When the transporter was trying to load the car he was having trouble with the car starting and it was cutting off on him. I contacted ******** and he went there with a mechanic and they were able to fix the issue. The car was picked up for transport on September 7, 2022 and delivered to me in **********, ** on September 10, 2022. I noticed immediately that the gas was almost on empty so I went to the gas station to fill it up. The gas gauge did not move after putting gas and the gas tank is on the same side as the accident. Also I was driving it and the airbag light came on, this was supposed to be fixed before passing state inspection. Additionally, the car sits low on the driver side on the rear because the knee assembly is damaged due to the accident and was never repaired. Finally, the driver seat moves a little bit when you are taking a sharp turn, same side as accident.
