I ordered a game truck for my sons birthday. It was scheduled for 3/12/2022 at 1pm-3pm for $400. Called them on 3/10/2022 to confirm and see when additional payment would be taken out and they answered the phone. Truck got here on 3/12/2022 and it was a different company. I was fine until half of the tvs did not work. They promised 7 TVs and only 4 were working partially. I say partially because they were having to update and wouldn't connect to internet for most of the time. I called them again to let them know I was upset, while the truck was still here and that I wanted a call back because I had to leave a message. I did not receive a call back, so I called again on Monday, 3/14. I did not hear anything back again, so I went on **** to leave a bad review to maybe then get a call back. The **** says they are closed until 3/2023. This company should not be taking any bookings at all. They should have let me know that they would not be there when I called about payment. They were fine taking my money but couldn't have the decency to communicate that they were sending someone else and refused to answer now knowing they did this to me. Although they sent another truck in their place, the truck was broken, and the kids could not utilize what I paid for since all systems were out of date and wouldn't connect. On top of all physical games missing and in wrong cases. I disputed with *************** and they claimed they sent the truck, and that it was working. So, I did not receive a refund. They submitted a picture of my son and his brother holding a controller, my sons cake, and one of our autistic children playing on a tv with a steering wheel where one of the steering wheels did not work, but the child is autistic and didn't know the difference. The truck was a mess with wires hanging out, as you can see in the picture they submitted. In my pictures you will see The TVs trying to load and connect. This entire experience has been terrible.
