I made an initial order of AGone and paid for a one time purchase - which was a higher price than a subscription. Then my credit card, which I did not save to their system, was charged stating that a new order for my subscription was on the way. Then I called and spoke to a rep who confirmed this was their error and said a refund would be issued. That was on 2/15 and to date, my money has not been returned. This is a scam company. I want money back asap and I want confirmation my credit card has been deleted.Initial Complaint

I purchased 6 bags and an additional 2 bags in accordance with the AG1 website, it allows someone to purchase up to 6 bags at a time. I made this purchase on April 8. The order was never delivered. I reached out to AG1 and inquired as to where my order was. The representative disconnected the chat but I subsequently recieved an email cancelling my orders. I reached out again to live support via the chat and was informed that my order was "flagged" by the warehouse that REFUSES to ship more then 3 bags at a time, something that is NOT in accordance with their OWN website that allows SIX bags to be ordered at one time! I asked why the order was not immediately cancelled then and why my money was still debited. I requested a complaint be filed as well. This is NOT fair business practice and they literally just held on to my money for no reason.Customer response
