              I made an initial order of AGone and paid for a one time purchase - which was a higher price than a subscription. Then my credit card, which I did not save to their system, was charged stating that a new order for my subscription was on the way. Then I called and spoke to a rep who confirmed this was their error and said a refund would be issued. That was on 2/15 and to date, my money has not been returned. This is a scam company. I want money back asap and I want confirmation my credit card has been deleted.

              For a company with a ton of big market advertising, they sure come off as sketchy. Subscribed, didn't like the product so i tried to cancel sub and there were a ton of hoops to jump through, including not being able to create an account. Once tech assisted with the account, they had to create a password that i cannot change therefor they have my password because they assigned it to me. This is beyond sketchy. Do not give them your information!
