November 7, 2023 I placed an order (27237A33FB) for 5 Fit For Less Keto gummies. It came to $198.78. I then tried to cancel that order later that same day after finding out the product ships from the US vs shipping from ******. Per a phone call with Customer Support *************) they said I could not cancel but would be able to return the product once I receive it. The product was shipped on November 14. I received the product on November 27. I emailed support telling them that package arrived today. Some containers were open and did not include 30 pieces. Please provide the instructions for a full refund. I was given an *** number (C1C1A5CBF662), and was told that once the return has been verified, a refund will be issued to my account.January 3rd, I received an email informing me that $148.78 was refunded to my mastercard. However, my order amount was $198.78. When I just called customer support they told me there is a $10 processing fee per bottle on the return for "reshelving" purposes. No one mentioned that when they gave me the *** Number.I believe that a FULL refund is justifiable. I also believe they should have their quality control checked as bottles were open and there were not 30 gummies per bottle. Thanks you
