      I purchased a 5 month supply $258.77. I request a refund after the 5 month. The product did not show results as promised. Only allowed 30 days to return the product. The company admitted the product does not on certain body types. That was the explanation for no Refund. Order Number **********. Refund check requested , I live on a budget. Payment to you was successful so I expect you to stand by your product.

      I tried the speedy keto gummy’s for almost 4weeks didn’t do anything for me so I returned 4 bottles in February they told me i would get my refund in an e check in about 7-10 business days. I have called many many times since February 7 th still the same thing no refund yet

      This company did not disclosed honesty to me about their procedures. The picture that shows on their website advertised is multiple colors gummies and 750MG per bottle. Upon placing my order the sale representative said the gummies were sugar free and after 30 days I could return the gummies back with a complete refund if I was not satisfied with the gummies and would receive my money back within 3-5 business days. Once I received the gummies they did have sugar and 200MG and not the 750MG or multiple colors as shown on their website picture. I called customer service and was concern about that the (Gummies) I received because they do have sugar in them and the MG was not the same. I was told the gummies were sugar free. I am a diabetic and can’t take additional sugar. Customer service rep provided me a return number and said I had to pay for the return shipping this was not disclosed to me any time during my order if I return the products. I retuned the package back on March 7, 2024 and sign on March 9, 2024. The return postage was $10.80. On March 24, 2024, I called customer service to find out where is my refund. The rep verified that they did receive the gummies back on March 9, 2024 and would refund my money. The Rep also said there was a restocking fee of $10.00 per bottle the total of $50.00. The restocking fee was not disclosed to me upon placing my order if I return the product within 30 days of purchase. My total for 5 bottles was $149.06, and my refund is $99.00. I paid $60.80, for something I did not use. So where is the complete refund? Dishonest and unfair business practice and there is not a complete refund as I was told. Be aware of this dishonest company.

      Initially was fooled by Ketosis Plus's false advertising using AI to fake a Kelly Clarkson endorsement. Then a month later was charged $119 for an unauthorized purchase. Had to cancel my credit card to avoid these scammers. So far I am out $238 and am unable to contact this company.... The posted number just answers and then hangs up within a few seconds....

      This is a scam company. My mother is an elderly lady who decided to purchase a one-time gummie which was for $39.99 and the gummies were 750mg. Then she suddenly started getting packages on a monthly basis and was being charged $189 dollars for a lessor mg of 250. I (her daugher) called the company and spoke to a rude lady, who didn't want to give me her name, and she stated since I opened the shipping package (NOT THE ACTUAL GUMMIES) that my mother would be responsible for shipping costs. I asked her to cancel the order moving forward and I WILL NEVER PURCHASE anything from this company again or recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

You will receive an email from our third-party e-check issuer, checkbook.io. Within the email, you will have the option to either Direct Deposit or Print an e-check.       NOT LEGIT! I just received another FIVE bottles of these gummies on January 8, 2024. I initially thought I was getting ONE bottle to try and they sent me FIVE on November 29, 2023, charging me $198.78. I have been trying to call AND e-mail to cancel this product. I just tried to call and the phone IMMEDIATELY hung up TWICE. I can't get through in any way to speak or contact someone. I try to get to the website and I get this message: This page isn’t working right nowspeedyketoacv.com redirected you too many times. CANCEL MY ORDER 644E6FED9D from 1/2/24 NOW!!!! Rip off... My card is now canceled also to stop this. Shut them down please. I wouldn't give them ANY rating if possible. Frustrated.

      Total scam Thought I was buying 5 bottles of gummies for $39.95. In return they charged me $59.95 and decided to send me more products I did not ask for and charged me $198. Fought with emails and phone calls. Finally got a refund but only partially bc of a restocking fee. I didn’t order it. Why am I paying this. So I am out $70 bc they scammed me and added extra stuff to my order.

      I called within 45 minutes of ordering to cancel my order and was offered all kinds of refunds (50% refund). I was never told why I couldn’t cancel the order. I was suppose to be charged $29.98 for the option I chose and I was charged $198.67. I called my bank immediately and had to cancel my debit card because of the extra amount that I was charged.

      1) False advertising-buy 3 bottles get 2 free. Originally charged for 5 bottles. Called and given 50% off. The gummies were not what was advertised. 2) Made phone calls and no one would comment on their Terms and Conditions - "We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all Fusion Keto products. You will receive your package within 3-5 business days of payment via USPS First Class Mail." 3) Most recent email was today asking me to take pictures of the unopened product and I pay shipping to return. The warehouse personnel will determine if I receive a refund of "unknown amount". I provided information in the box not to try and open the bottles that the seal will break. 4) No regards to the terms and conditions to receive a 30-day money back guarantee. 5) Where can we publicize that this company is a rip-off?? The product does not work, and they do not stand by their own policies. 6) I was told in the recent phone call to customer service that "because I already received a discount (no mention that they charged me incorrectly to begin with); that I would not receive a full refund. I mentioned that I am the consumer, and the expectation was to have full satisfaction or return honoring the money back guarantee. Honestly, these representatives did not listen and went ahead with their "canned response". BEWARE!!!! The big Kelly Clarkson hype is not true. She worked out and watched her diet to lose weight. These Keto Gummies are a hoax.

      I purchased the first order but not to be sent them every month and it took the cost out that I was not expecting. I did not want them to sent them automatically and would like to be removed from the mailing of the product every month.
