I bought the Keto acv gummies from Slimfusion on 12/31/2023 for $119.49. Order #OAAAB05414. The company sent me ACV gummies only with a colon cleanse they charge me $59.99 , I was suppose to uncheck a box not to receive that item too. So it was included in the order. I had 10 days to call them and return the order. Return # D511L55540B9. I return them and was received by Slimfusion on 01/08/24. Tracking usps9535114996124009246834. I have been calling the company and sending emails every two weeks since 01/18/24. They all claim the billing department sent me an electronic check from ************************** my email on 01/15/24 in the amount of $139.48, in which I never received. They could not refund my money back to my credit card due to an issue with my card they claim. So every time I contacted them through email or phone, its always the same answer, Our billing department will look into it and call you back and no one has contacted me by phone or email about my refund. I believe I was scammed by Slimfusion and want to report them for fraud and I want a full refund.
