On November 20, 2023, my account was debited $198.78 by P2Boost*NU18, ******* ******* which l tried to cancel immediately and they refused.. I ordered one bottle of Slimmingketoacv for $39.99. Within minutes, they debited $198.78 from my account. I called them immediately to cancel the order that the purchase was for $39.99 only. They informed me they couldnt cancel it because they had already placed the order and I had to wait to receive the order and send it back to them. They gave me the return code: C5BD572EEA5A - PO Box *****, ********* ******. I returned the product upon receipt. Company confirmed receipt of return. Promised to refund my money. Claiming $25.00 restock fee. Will refund $174.39. They claimed they attempted to return to the bank but was money was returned back to them. Promised to send electronic check I have not received it since November 2023, December 2023, January 2024 & February 2024. I have called them so many times and their customer service folks are full of apologies, we understand, thanks for your patience and not returning my money. I am tired of their runaround and lies. You are my last resort. I tired of we will send your money within 24 to 48 hours and no truth to anything they are telling me. Please help me to recover my money to stop them from taking my hard earned money from me. I am very upset about their delay tactics hoping that I will leave my money for them. They have very bad business practices. They refused to cancel the order minutes after lying they couldnt which they should have been able to do. Also, days after they refused to cancel the order, someone tried to order another product from my account which my bank helped to stop. I was forced to change that account number because of the unauthorized transaction attempt which my bank stopped. Please help me to get my money back from these people. 5/31/23 I ordered this product was told if not happy in 30 days could return it. I returned everything I paid for the postage **** - was advised I would get ****** back once they received the product. I tracked the package it was delivered. Tracking # ********************** ***** I was told they could not put it back on my cc. They would send me an e-check in **** business days. I have been told this everytime I call. I said I think you are a scam as everyone on ******** as said the same thing. I called on 8/11, 8/24,9/15,10/15,11/1 and have been advised I will get an e-check. I have not received anything yet and don't think I will...Thank you for your help in this matter. *****Business response

I do not want an e-check as I was promised this in every phone call. I would like this back on my credit card or a check by mail. They promised me this several times and I never got it.
