      Products were refused upon delivery in March/April Individual did not place order. Individual caught charge on bank statement and emailed called company using phone number on bank statement to request a refund. Individual has made numerous attempts to recover refund. It is now August still no refund. Called again today.

      I am rejecting this response because: this is the same thing they have been telling me from the first call to the last. Each representative I talk to said they were going to send it to the billing department for further review and expedite the situation. But nothing has been resolved. I have made repeated attempts to speak to a supervisor or manager, but have yet been able to talk to anyone other than the first initial representative.

      Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states he mistakenly ordered products online and tried to cancel immediately but they shipped the products anyway. He sent the product back and disputed the charges. They have yet to refund him and the bank can not reverse the charges either. He has had to change his bank information and has been unable to provide the business with the updated information if they issue a refund.
