      My contract was over in May 2024. I have sent many emails and left many messages that I wish to discontinue service with this company as of May 2024. I have not received any responses and my credit card is still being charged $41.41 per month for **** and just received an invoice for July.

      Looks like a key employee in and out on medical leave didn't handle this issue and details were not communicated during that period.  We will attempt to remove rental equipment in the next few days for her.

      Our business,*************, had two water coolers from Aquaperfect. We had these in place because my brother was working night shifts and staying at the motel, but unfortunately he passed away September 2021. I have been reaching out to aquaperfect via phone and email since October/November 2021 to come collect their equipment and discontinue their services. If I'm lucky, someone answers their phone, and when they do I'm told the manager will give me a call back. It is now 7-8 months later and the manager has not called me, they have not reached out to me nor have their picked up their equipment. Instead, they continue to send me the "invoice" along with late payments for a service I have been trying to cancel since October/November 2021. They are also supposed to change the filter on both coolers every 6 months and neither of the filters have been changed for at least 18 months now. That is a big health issue and against the health code. I also have been asking for a copy of the "contract" and when they finally sent it to me, it was signed by the previous owners in 2009! We have taken over this business in 2016 and have no contract with them. Please help me resolve this issue so they can stop sending me the invoices and they can come collect their equipment. Thank you.

Our contract renews year to year on the anniversary date unless we are notified in writing 30 days prior to anniversary date. They have been past due for a long time. We do not accept the response from the business because like I previously stated, I was reaching out to the business for months and months trying to cancel our services, every time someone did decide to answer the phone, I was told that the manager will have to review the contract then he will give me a call back. Which never happened. I finally was emailed the contract on 3/24/2022. SIX months after I had been reaching out to them via phone calls and emails. (Still never heard from the manager). Regardless, I sent few emails that detailed my frustration of never hearing back from anyone from their company and also emphasizing the fact that we no longer want their services and would like to cancel. This feels like a tactic by the company to charge late fees. Like I previously mentioned, our filters for the machines also have not been changed for almost two years now which is a health hazard. Aquaperfect needs to come collect their equipment from our property.
