      Had a fentanyl scare in our room. Had to have the security and an officer come to our room to get them to retrieve the foil with the burnt drugs out of our room. Then, I had to have the paramedics come in to examine my fiance that had found it and had touched the substance. Then we were informed because there were no other rooms that night because of a concert that was going on. We had to stay in the same room where the substance was found. Some one could have been very injured or died that night and no one cares. Only two people at the location took this as being a big deal, and that was the officer on scene the the person in charge of maid service. The person in charge of the maid services said their Protocol was that she was supposed to be informed if there was a problem with the room and never was told till I had call them. Security just laughed it off like this stuff happens and that it will be an internal investigation. They wouldn't tell me any more information on it. The head manager for the hotel called with a "I'm Sorry" half hearted apology like reading a script that it happened and a rushed talk of is there anything else I can help you with. Someone could have died from this happening, and no one cares and wants to just sweep it under the rug, and hope it goes away on its own.

      Be careful if you are not a local. Also this place is very far from 3.5 stars. I believe it is 1.5 or 2 on a good day. A few visits ago sink did not drain no big deal right. Well this time the shower didn't so I could not shower except for the first day of my trip. Here is where it gets bad.... They would not refund the resort fee I paid of 16.99 a night!!! What ********! Very trashy community and area stay away!!!

      It was not a slow drain. It did not drain at all. Your hotel is not 3.5 star either. That is false advertising. On a good day it is a 2 star hotel. Also, many of your employees treat non locals like garbage. It really shows what type of people you are to treat tourists poorly. That town will soon be like the one in the movie cars if you continue the terrible customer service.
      P.S- drains do not clog instantly which means it should have already been addressed a long time ago or you guys were just messing with me!!! Regardless good luck you will find out who you are picking on soon.

      And then for the fat ladies at the counter to interrogate me about it as if I am in court. How sad! You guys lost thousands of future revenue over 17 dollars. No wonder it wasn't even busy there on the weekend!!! Good luck ********

      Hello,
      I had a recent stay here at Edgewater Hotel on Sept 12 checked in and checked out Sept 15.
      Our room had beds made . Towels left on counter and it looked like the rug had not been vacuumed in weeks. Left our shoes on entire stay. Upon plugging in my cell phone to charge moved a table and very filthy behind baseboard area extremely dusty. No Response from Housekeeping on Saturday line continuously busy. They came once dropped off towels as i requested but didn't empty the trash.
      Upon Check out i went to front desk where they had no line and two counter people looking down on computers. A delivery person stood by and finally T Z****** looked up Manager on duty. She then proceeded to flag me over . I asked her for email for complaint , She wrote it down and handed it to me. I continued with my complaint and she was not paying attention as she was attending to what was in front of her. I later called Hotel complaint and got her on the line and she apologized as they had a new system they were learning. She told were where to go on website as i could not find where to submit my complaint. Wrote email and have not heard from anyone as of yet. My Credit card with still charged and a deduction of $50.00 credited. Just disappointed that guest come to relax , spent money in Casinos, restaurants, etc.
      Just Need better customer service more than ever.
