            My wife and I have been going to ******** more frequently. As usual after a month or so we get the promos in the mail from the riverside. My wife had 2 free nights of course Sunday-Thursday, so she booked the two nights for my Birthday. She wanted to stay an extra night, which would have been the Saturday before. She called the Riverside and got a price for the Saturday night before the two nights that were comped. She told the lady that she was going to call me and talk the price over with me and that she would call right back. I agreed on the price, she called back and some rude lady told her that she can not book just one night that she would have to book the Friday and Saturday before for $250 or something like that. My wife what if people only want to stay the one night, the very rude lady said you cant stay just the one night when using comps. Told us that we can get a room somewhere else for the one night and then check in at 4 pm the next day. I find this very poor business and the rude lady very unprofessional. I dont understand why one lady said we can book it and the rude lady said we cant. This is a good way to loose loyal customers.Unhappy customer

            Housekeeping and the room checkers love to slam doors in the morning some as early as 530 am. But most around 830 to 10am. All they have to do is put a towel in between the door and door frame. But apparently this is encouraged by management being I made a complaint and it went on deaf ears. It actually got worse. So if you are gambler I would suggest somewhere else in Laughlin. Riverside sells out a lot so they do not seem to care. Old man Laughlin would not have let this happen. God bless him!
