Do not use “The Shop.” They charged me $220 to install a $25 wiper switch, based upon inflated and hidden charges. They held my vehicle for 12 days before I insisted on it being returned. When I dropped the vehicle off it had 1/4 tank of gas. When I picked it up the tank was empty. This is a very dishonest establishment which violated each of my rights as an auto repair consumer.

Honesty is key. I would be happy to show anyone the invoice and breakdown of the charges. Firstly, the switch was 70 shop cost and marked up to 96.00 (less than %30), there was a 1/2 hour diagnostic which is a 50.00 charge. which is extremely cheap. the labor to replace the faulty switch was .6 hours which is 60.00. Furthermore when vehicle was dropped off customer stated the truck is not used and is a project get to it when you can. as soon as the customer called an stated he needed the truck we had it done within two days. as far as gasoline missing. that is just funny. never even took the truck for a test drive since the customer stated there was a hole in the fuel tank. Lastly the customer had someone else wire in a radio and messed it up then tried to blame The Shop for the issue. customer rating 1 of 5 would not recommend to anyone. I am completely transparent and i feel like the customer is not being completely honest on this transaction.
