In February of 2022, I ordered 2 special edition guns and 2 custom built guns for a total of roughly $23,000.00. The guns were paid for at the time of the order. I understood it would take several months to a year for the guns to be completed and shipped. In the beginning, I talked to Jeff regularly and he assured me the guns were being built, and sent me pictures of one of them. To date, I have been attempting to contact Jeff and have received no response since July 14, 2022. I don't want to take legal action, I would just like the guns ordered and paid for.Initial Complaint

I ordered Axelson SALE - Combat 300BLK Pistol 10.5” - Only 2 Available - Ready To Ship, on 11/23/2021. I have not received my gun or information when it will be shiped. I have e-mailed them several times tried to call them several times with no response. I no longer have the cfredit card i orderd it with. There should be some ramifications for this type of business practices.Initial Complaint

I purchased one of Axelson Tactical's tribute rifles back in April of 2021. I ordered two other items in that order which were delivered no problems. At the time Axelson said it takes 2-12 months for custom built rifles. This rifle was was for Operation Red Wings. The rifle is about $4,900. I was going to cancel my order because I thought I was going to lose my job due to the Vax mandates, but changed my mind. Note, the website says that there are no refunds on tribute rifles due to money from the sale being donated. I spoke with a rep in August of 2021, who said Jeff Axelson would call me. He did shortly after and we discussed questions I had on the rifle. He was very cordial and I enjoyed talking to him. He also said that the parts needed for the rifle were mostly in-house, so it wouldn't take 12 months. I started leaving Jeff texts and leaving emails through their website in December 2021 to check on the status of the rifle build, but he hasn't responded. I checked back on his website and he changed the time for rifle builds to 2-18 months. It is now approaching 17 months and Jeff doesn't respond to my texts, I text about once every month or two. Leaving a phone message does no good, and when I try leaving a message through his website, it gives you a Captcha error when it tells you to verify that you're a person. I just want my rifle, it's what I paid for, and I know part of it went to charity, I'm ok with that. My next steps will be a filing in Small Claims court and possibly a letter to Nevada's Attorney General. I want to avoid these steps by Jeff sending me the product that I paid for. I made a purchase March 2021 with the understanding the special item will take 6-12 months for delivery. I cannot get a response from any texts, calls, emails, reviews, messages on social media for the past several months for a status. I have even threatened lawsuit but no one responds and I would still like the unique product, if possible. Otherwise, I want a refund for the item that was over $5,000.
