In most cases we would offer an apology to our true client for his or her unsatisfactory nature of our service. In your case we will not be offering you one.
Based on your review : you're not truthful. You made everything up because you felt Self-Pity & refused to take any responsibility for your doing Rather than expecting others to spend the time & money to do the work for you .MR . Kevin, we are not your slave ,we don’t owe you anything & we don't have to tolerate your lies ,along with derogatory remarks & your abused nature towards our tech or foul language that you used to discriminate & abuse our tech.
Here are some of the things you did & say about our tech , services that are not true:
The reason #1: About your “derogatory nature” remark & claim .We have called your wife & inquired about that. Your wife advised, there was no such a thing & advised ” the tech was very polite,kind and very respectful from the start to finish”, & she firmly advised: she is not taking any part in your claim & it's all your doing. Therefore , Stop with that nonsense!!!!!!!! - This never happened & you made it up under the “ freedom of speech act “ . I am sure… we will have a word with the International BBB corporate office about that policy.
The reason #2 : You have canceled multiple appointments, wasted our resources & we did not even charge you for ,along with we have approached you with very understanding nature.
Reason #3: You were not the point of contact when we arrived at your home; rather it was your wife & we never met you in person & thank you god for that.
Reason #4: you did not call us or hire us to inspect your ac system, rather your warranty company did. Therefore we report to your warranty as to what we found & you are not entitled to any of the information from us unless there is a safety issue which there was none at the time of inspection.
Reason #5: While we were inspecting your system you were very root & ordered your wife to hand the phone to us so you can ask 20 questions about the issues we found. Although, you are not entitled to that info. As a nice service man we did the best to explain how the process works because you were very root & telling us that you have an EBA certification & you know it all. Along with, you are not satisfied with the warranty process . At this point you should have called your warranty for an update & ask for a better outcome instead of challenging us & ordering us, making threats, making demands etc. - there is no reason for that.
Reason #6: We advised you to call us during business hours ( that is between 8:00am to 6:00 pm PST.) If there was a water leak only after you clean your 2 ac condenser coils & evaporator coils professionally ,also you must change the ac filter the same day ( we also remove the filters out & show your wife how to replaces them as well) you never did that.( note: your warranty policy does not cover any PM services or routine maintenance of your system & no warranty company offer that coverage)
Reason #7: Without you doing any advised task you call us at 9:45 pm at night demanding & ordering us to come to you asap. If not you were going to file a complaint with “ BBB” & file a negative report to you warranty service about us. Although, we have clearly explained to you over the phone that our office hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm & for a safety reason we do not send our tech out after 6:00 pm unless it is an absolute emg.
Reason # 8: you don’t make any demand or any threat to our tech or our company. Specifically when you don’t pay a dime out of your pocket for our service. We are an independent contractor. We have a choice as to who we want to serve & even your warranty company can't make us do something that we don’t want to do .Being that said: who are you to make threats and demands ? explain that to your “BBB”
Reason # 9: In the future be mindful : just because you can write a negative review or call any technicians Derogatory names , make demands & threats, along with wrongly file complaints. No one has to bend over backward to help you with your problem. These are self-inflated problems.” Mr. Kevin understands one thing at first, your lack of poor planning does not constitute an emergency on us or any contractor for that matter. “
