09/28/2023 I had my car towed into the company to give me a new manual clutch for my 2007 ********** eclipse. I paid $1,350 before any repairs were even completed because they stated that the policy for a job over $1,000, needed to be paid up front. The whole clutch needed to be replaced, but they kept telling me that they had to order parts individually, which isnt even how clothes are made. After receiving my vehicle back, a couple days later I started having more clutch related issues and so I took it back to the company to have them look at it. They kept insisting that it was my starter and so I put a new one in. Then my gears were no longer going into first or reverse. I called them to have it pick up again to look at it. They admitting to putting a faulty clutch into my vehicle and have been taking their sweet time to repair their own mistake. I asked them if they could provide me with a rental car following their admitted mistake because I have school to get to and it is not cheap and I currently do not work at the moment. They stated that they do not do that type of thing. My car is currently at the business after they told me it would be ready today 10/21/2023
