On April 26th, 2023 I had an appointment at Lash Vegas to use a Groupon for artificial lashes to be applied. When I arrived I was offered a package deal for future refills at a discount. I was informed that this offer was only available for "First Time" customers. I decided to get the package. What I did not anticipate, is that I never actually got a ******************* the first time. The photos I am including are from the first 2 days and then a reapplication happened on April 29th and that application began to fail the following day. I contacted the business by phone on May 1st inquiring about a refund for the future applications as it was obvious that the initial application was not going to be successful. I was informed that the $294.00 was not refundable. I then contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. The credit card company is now asking me to file this complaint to support getting a refund. How can I pay for future services when the initial service was never completed in a satisfactory manner?Initial Complaint

On September 23rd, I called Lash Vegas to make an appointment. They had a same day appointment a 4pm. They stated that they have to have a card on file. I gave them my card number for their file for my service. I went to the location at 2pm to see if they would do my lashed because I still have them fully on from my previous appointment. The young lady at the front desk told me that I can wait another week so that the one's that are on can fall off a little more. She re-scheduled me for another week out, which would be September 30th, 2022. Later in the day on the 23rd of September, I received an e-mailed receipt for $30.00 that I was charged. The reason stated that I cancelled/reschedule my appointment. I have called several times and the manager will not return my calls. I did not reschedule because I wanted to, I was advised by the employee to wait another week. They are fraudulently charging me for something that they suggested I do when I came in on the day of my appointment. Please help! I have attached a copy of the receipt that I was e-mailed.
