Working with US foods has become a nightmare. Us foods in Las Vegas does not care about small restaurants or having good customer service. We have tried to get in contact with our sales rep, his manager, and the manager supervisor to get updates on the account and order food. But in over 3 weeks we have not had one returned phone call, text message, or email. We even contacted the supervisor who said he would help and have not heard from them in 4 days.. It is not easy for small restaurant in las Vegas to find products they are looking for at a decent price before all the corporations do. US foods seems to only care about their corporate business. I will make sure everyone I meet or know uses a different food distributor. we spend are hard earned money with US foods just to be treated like this. To go through 3 different channels and still have no one take the initiative to make the situation right, speak volumes about US foods and how poorly they train and manage their employees. No one cares any more. All they care about is money.
