      I ordered a set of *** Wheels in November of 2021. It's now February 2022 Lift Kits4less charged me $523.80 to date I haven't received shipping confirmation. I sent several emails to the company with no response and their website does not provide a phone number my order number is **********.

      There is a problem with this order number XXXXXXXXXX. The install has not yet occurred. There is damage to the grille guard occurring either during the warehousing or transportation process. The two exposed mounting forks have been impacted, bending them and removing paint from the impact point. The unit shows a shipping label for ************, Indiana. Apparently, you have sold me New-Old-stock which was previously sold to an individual in Indiana. The reason I purchased this from you was because these grill guards are made in ******* Texas and I thought my unit would drop ship from the manufacturer. Instead, I have received a unit which has previously been to ************ and back, and was damaged in the process. The delivery driver said many if not most of the grill guards suffer this type of damage because of the exposed mounting forks. Please respond with any thoughts or offers of replacement. I would like a new unit, drop shipped from the manufacturer in ******* Texas.

      Order XXXXXXXXXX was placed on 11/23/2021 for a grand total of $19.40. Attempted to receive an order status update via "support ticket" by filling out an online form. No response to date; called the only phone number listed and an automated phone message says due to Covid protocol and limited phone support, fill out a support ticket which would be reviewed by highest priority. How do they categorize high priority? Amount spent? The date a support ticket was created? Or possibly the number of support tickets generated by the customer? They also state email customer support for any questions regarding your order, which auto replies for you to: Fill out more online forms and create more tickets to be reviewed in the highest priority by whom? This is a run-around scam, trying to buy their time and hope you forget about your order, but they sure are quick to take your money. I would like to have this order canceled and refunded immediately. Please do not attempt to update me on order status or tell me that the item is on backorder, shipping delay from the manufacturer, supply chain, Covid, employee shortage, etc. Please do the right thing and just refund me, so I no longer have any future dealings with your business.

      Order for a brush guard placed on Dec. 10th. Website states product is in stock. In stock products ship next day. Payment cleared Dec. 13th. Received email Dec. 17th stating "****** ****, Your order #XXXXXXXXXX has been updated with a status of Pending. Hello ****** ****, Thank you for your order. Unfortunately we are currently unable to process this order because when this order was placed the billing address did not match what the bank has on file. It is important that you provide us with the correct billing address associated with the card ending in **** that was used to place this order so we can get this corrected for you. We have reached out to you multiple times about this so if we do not get a response within the next 24 hours we will be forced to refund your order. Left a message stating this needed to arrive by Christmas. and the payment had cleared 4 days prior. Received no response for a couple days so was forced to order another product elsewhere in order to ensure delivery by Christmas. Seller contacted me via email after 4 days to state the order had been shipped and i would be contacted by shipper. Informed seller I no longer wanted the item as I had already ordered and picked up replacement from elsewhere. Shipper contacted me. Informed then I wish to refuse delivery and return to shipper. Product was returned to shipper January 3rd. Contacted seller January 13th. Tried 4 different phone numbers. For the first time I was connected via live chat. Informed them product had been returned and wish to have my refund processed. Was told they would move it to the people that handle this. January 27th still no reponse from seller. Was no new ticket created via my live chat session. At this point I just want my refund.

      On 11/14/2021 I ordered a PPE Diesel Transmission Pan for $263.99. Order #**********. On 12/6/2021 I was notified via email that the item was not currently available and we had the option of waiting until 2/22/22 or cancelling the order. On 12/9/2021 we cancelled the order and was informed that our refund would have to wait until the manufacturer canceled the order. Since 1/14/2022 I have REPEATEDLY tried to find out the status of this refund. I have tried emails, website customer service, website chats and telephone calls. I have NOT received ANY CORRESPONDENCE from LiftKits4Less. I can provide documentation if you need them.

I have requested information twice and only received a generic boiler-plate response that it's being looked into. I have requested a refund/order cancellation and this has not been addressed.       I placed an order for a set of axles on 12/28/2021. After opening several help tickets on their web site asking about my order i finally got a reply on 1/18/22 stating that it would ship on 1/19. I have asked for a tracking number for the last 5 days so I could insure I would be home to accept shipment and have not gotten a reply. I have never dealt with a company that handles business this poorly with its customers. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company in the next couple days if I don't receive my order
