      Product ordered end if May this year with a message that it would arrive in 3-5 business days. Have had multiple communications with the same excuse of an issue with the ordered being uploaded to the shipping platform, they are manually doing the orders which will be shipped in the next ***** hours. Over the last 2 months of me trying to follow up I have received that same message 3 times. I have asked if they cannot fulfill my order to cancel and refund my money. I get the same message back word for word. This was a gift from my son to his girlfriend, it was over $150.00. If you call their customer service line it says it is unavailable. I am beyond frustrated at this point.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will wait a few days to see if my refund has been processed.  They have canceled the order and "issued" refund but I did not see it yet on my credit card statement but it may take a fee days.

      Similar with the other complaints, Nomisk refuses to reply to emails after return is requested with photos of product. They sent instructions and I sent back the products to their business address and have had no response or refund. I have sent them *** tracking (which I paid for return shipping) and was confirmed received with tracking# 1Z7EE9390384016079 by **** on 3/18/2024. Ive sent multiple emails following up on 3/30/2024, 4/14/2024, and 6/17/2024. I even sent them an email from my another account and they responded, so they are purposely ignoring to not perform a refund. Business ethics very poor over a few hundred dollars. Total of $166.15. Reason for return is the product is not good at all and poor quality, it does not do what it is intended for and just minimal vibration that doesnt help.

The response was made by the business on 7/01/2024, and it is now end of day 7/09/2024 and have not received any refund to the original payment method of transaction.       The refund was never cleared or received even though the business responded saying it is cleared on their end. How can we rectify or verify the refund was actually processed?

      My husband ordered a Nomisk **** direct from the Nomisk website & was charged on 12/15/23. The charge was made to my credit card which he is an authorized user of. This was a Christmas present for me & was not actually unboxed & used until mid January. Within 2 weeks of use, the unit was not holding a charge as long as it was initially & was not getting as warm. On 2/5/24 it worked for 15 min & then stopped working & has not worked since. So it lasted about 3 weeks. I emailed Nomisk on 2/5 to discuss troubleshooting or warranty since website says 6 month warranty & 30 day satisfaction guarantee-I was uncertain if this was extended due to the holidays. I did not receive an email back so I followed up on 2/12. I received an email response on 2/12 requesting the order information. I sent a response on 2/13 with the information. I received a response on 2/13 with some questions about the issues & requesting a video of what the product was doing. I sent the **************** on 2/13. Nomisk replied on 2/13 asking if I would like to try a *************** just needed to confirm my address so they could send me one. I sent this information on 2/13. After not receiving a replacement or even an acknowledgment of my email, I sent a follow up email for the status on 2/29 & Nomisk never responded. It is now 3/18 & still no response or replacement.

      In December 2023, I purchased a product from Nomisk for $99 as a gift for my wife. It was delivered and came in perfect condition. Unfortunately my wife did not care for the product, so I reached out to customer service regarding a refund. They requested photos of the product to prove it was in good condition and there was no damaging to the packaging, which there was not. They confirmed it could be returned and provided instructions. I mailed the product back to the address they provided, gave the shipping information as requested, and was told I could expect the refund in 3-5 days. After waiting more than 5 days, I reached back out to let them know I did not receive the refund, but got no response. I have since reached out two additional times requesting an update, but have still gotten no response. It has been over a month since they last communicated with me, so I am now requesting BBB step in to request a refund in the amount of $114 - the original $99 plus the shipping fee for returning the product. I have attached the original order receipt, as well as the email communication with customer service and the photos that I provided to prove the product was in good condition. I appreciate any assistane you can provide.

      I had a truly awful experience with this company. My husband ordered the **** as a Christmas gift for me and it took weeks to arrive. After arrival, it malfunctioned and quit working for no apparent reason after just 3 weeks of use. I contacted customer service and they offered to replace it after seeing a video of the unit no longer working. I sent them the updated shipping address they asked me for and then they stopped responding entirely. After waiting five weeks and getting no response to 3 repeated follow **** I contacted customer service for a totally new inquiry, sent them all the same information again and they rejected sending the replacement they had already offered me because now it has been longer than 30 days since purchase. I would like them to replace the unit as they stated they would or refund the purchase.

      I had purchased Nomisk back massager for a christmas present. My wife was not happy with the product and I had requested a return through their email process. I was directed to mail the product back to the business address noted at my expenses. Once shipped Nomisk requested proof of shipment and a shipment tracking number number which was provided. I was email back and notified my return was processed and it should take 3-5 business days for a refund. I have not received a refund and I have proof of delivery to Nomisk. The intial process started on 1/21/2024 with a notice of refund from Nomisk on 1/30/2024. I have reached out to Nomisk multiple times since and all message have gone un answerred.

      Purchased two products from this company (order NOM161828). Did not open them for several weeks as they were a Christmas gift for my wife. Turns out the products do no work as advertised and the companys website is currently not even working. Customer support claims they only accept refunds within 30 days but when they link said return policy it shows an inactive webpage that cant be visited. If they had confidence in their products, they should accept a return and have a website that actively displays any return policy information

      your return policy is not viewable by the consumer, as your website is not active. Youre also not addressing that one of the products purchased DOES NOT WORK. A defective item and a return policy that I cannot view warrants an exception to the 30 day period. This product was opened as a gift on Christmas, December 25.

      I ordered the Nomisk **** for my wife for Christmas 2023. When she tried the product it did not do anything that the website claimed it did. We contacted customer support and they said they would return just take pictures showing the item was intact and they would send return address. I sent all the proper documents and pictures and they would not reply back afterwards. I tried contacting them again through email and went on their website which is shut down and cannot access unless you are the owner of the site. I tried sending them another email on 12/26 with no reply. They have still not replied and the website is still shut down as on 1/2/2024, so now I am stuck with their product that does not work.

      This customer reached out to us asking to return the products.

      As you can see on the screenshot provided, we have forwarded the instructions on how to return it. But we never heard from him nor have received the products back.

      Despite that, both orders have been refunded and we never got the products back.

      Please refer to the screenshots provided. Those refunds were processed in January 3rd and should be on his bank account by now.
