I ordered 2 mugs for Mother’s Day. They looked high quality on the website with indentations/texture but I received a mug with a printed photo of what I had ordered. Very very low quality. I paid nearly $20 extra for “expedited” shipping and it took weeks to arrive. I am so so disappointed and really regret purchasing from them. They are a scam.Review from Frei M

This company’s website and articles is VERY deceiving. I ordered May 2; their article states that’s the cutoff to receive by Mothers Day! 5/10 after complaining to customer service; I was first promised $5.99 shipping refund, hadn’t the refund or package, 5/14 received already email promising a 50% refund of the products value; still no refund or product. 5/15 (today) the products arrived and they customized t-shirt is the dingiest crap ever and the mug’s image doesn’t cover the circumference. I’ve called today and spoken with Christine, very unprofessional agent, who claimed to expedite my request for a full refund. Never doing business with these amateurs Ever again and will make sure I post on every platform possible to prevent others from disappointment.Review from Palwasha A

I have been trying to get a refund from them thru my PayPal and they seem to just be beating around the bush. It hasn't been delivered and I want my money back ASAP! Products are TERRIBLE and Customer Service is awful I purchased two items from this store for Mother's Day. I was incredibly excited to have these beautiful mugs for my Mother and Mother-In-Law that were personalized and special. The images of the items looked great and the price justified what I believed I was paying for. I was AGHAST at what arrived in the mail. The mug looks NOTHING like the image included in the product display. I can get over the fact that it was screen printed to "look like" it was raised texture, but this thing is AWFUL. I wouldn't give it to my worst enemy as a gift. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for gifts. Customer Service has been terrible. I submitted a ticket that took over 3 days to respond to. They wanted pictures and when I tried to respond, I received an un-mailable return email. I have no way of messaging back except for submitting another ticket with more images. I am trying to return both products but no one is responding. DO NOT purchase anything from this store - unless you want to waste your money.Review from Ashley G

These people sent a very cheap product, offered to give me a 30% discount, and then immediately BLOCKED me and did NOT give the refund. They then came back and said the block was accidental…which is very clearly a lie. Very sketchy business practices…would never do business with them again.Review from Colleen N

Order #********** On 01/11 I ordered a picture frame from Pawfect House. The next day I find out they were overpriced 3 to 4 times more than Temu and Ali Express selling the same product. I submitted ticket to cancel the order. After I file a **** dispute then Pawfect house agreed to refund 80% (USD25.99)of the total amount and asked you to close the dispute case. This SCAM company is misleading to customers and NOT responsive once they have your money. You will not get your money back even is you use ******. As long as these companies say they delivered the item, or that they're checking into your issue, the bank(*****)will not help. Merchandise is overpriced junk coming from overseas even though the site shows an USA location. Credit Charge source shows Singapore!!Review from Cyndi B

Ordered a personalized sweatshirt for my son for Christmas & a “personalized” doormat for a housewarming gift. Sweatshirt was fine, came separately in time for Christmas. Doormat was paper thin (would have blown away at our first windy day here in Michigan) & dog characters look like cartoon characters, laughable. Name shown on bank debit states “ACTIOPETLTD” & charged small amount of “Cross-border fee” (not mentioned anywhere on/in website) for both items! When I finally received the doormat 4 weeks later, package was sent from “Springfield Gardens,NY” restocked to Flint, MI with 2 different “tracking numbers” of which neither were trackable. I purchased through ****** for the specific purpose that I could file a claim with them to get my money back if anything goes south. I emailed Pawfect House as soon as I received the doormat stating my disappointment and requesting a return and refund. They only responded after my 4 forwarded copies of my return refund email & in 4 days time. They then only offered me a 30% refund. I responded, refused & returned request. No response for another 5 days & only after I contacted ****** via phone & filed a complaint informing them of their antics. Longer story but was still only offered “credit” to use towards their products ???? (why would I be buying from them again ever?) ****** wouldn’t refund me due to “personalized products aren’t covered”. I’m out $40 for a horrible piece of China crap (that was never “appearing”in any way to be from China on their website). Threw it in the garbage. ??? BUYERS BEWARE!!!!Review from Heather D

Order #PHN1713527 On 12/1 I ordered a photo ornament from Pawfect House. When I received the ornament it was broken. I reached out via the link in the email I received when it was delivered. The link in the email was specifically for issues with the product. I didn’t hear from them until January when I wrote a ***** ***** review. They initially tried to say they had contacted me and received no response. I knew this was a lie because I had been watching my email and my junk mail box so that I could get this resolved asap since the ornament was for a gift. So I went back on ***** ***** and edited my review in order to respond to their statement. I then received an email stating that they would replace the item - again insisting I just hadn’t responded to some mysterious email. I explained that it was a gift and I no longer needed it as I had found something similar and had given that to the person the ornamental had been for. I received another email again insisting that they had emailed right after the original complaint and offered either a gift card to their site or a replacement with a 20% refund of my money. I reiterated that I did not receive a response on the original complaint and that I don’t want to buy from their site because of the lack of craftsmanship and lack of customer service. Not to mention - I no longer can even use the ornament as we are well past Xmas and the gift has been given with the item I found to replace the ornament. I have not heard back on this last email transaction. At this point I am considering it a loss. This company does not stand behind their products and has no problem taking someone’s money and providing broken or poor quality items. I would rate them a zero if I could.
