On January of 2024 i went in and purchased a vehicle (2018 **** Mustang) for 19,000$, read thoroughly thru everything I signed, and made sure everything was correct. So everything they stated about the vehicle was fine, no mechanical issues, clean title, etc. Looked like a good purchase to me. Little did i know i was in for a prize. First of all, on the freeway it makes this loud clicking noise near the front driver side wheel. Didnt really make a difference in the drive train so i ignored it. Couple months later im looking to get my car refinanced, i go through a lender i usually use and they disapprove me. This is when i was confused. So they contacted me and told me the title wasnt clean, and it was a branded (NAM) title. I immediately contacted the *** to see if it was just a mistake, nope. They told me the same thing. So I contacted International and asked them about it, everyone seemed nervous and nobody was any help. After 2 weeks of contacting all three I requested to refund the vehicle. Thats the only time i saw them actually get to work, and started contacting the lender and *** office. From what they told me, the vehicle was sold to me as a clean title and for some reason now its branded, which i dont believe at all. I went through the lender directly and am waiting to hear back about my refund. Not sure if I will get approved for it, but I shouldnt have been putting money in for a car that (as a branded title) is not worth even half of what i was paying. Im looking to get my payments refunded completely.

I bought a car from them and was given a disclosure on the vehicle that listed everything as satisfactory. When the car was picked up it had a check engine light on and a severe miss and low engine RPM. I had it inspected at a shop and the error indicated the car needs close the a $10,000 dollar repair, meaning the car is totaled. They were fully aware of the issue with the car and just faked the disclose and inspection reports for car. They will not take my call or return my messages I really need some help on this I am young a not able to afford another car payment.

On June 10th 2023 I bought a used 2018 ****** CHR from international auto sales. I was told the vehicle had been thoroughly checked, and had no mechanical issues. When the vehicle started and indicated that maintenance is required.. I was told by international auto sales that they would repair this. I have contacted them several times about getting this repaired. On June 27 2023 they schedule an appointment for the repair. The mechanic doing the repair so they needed to order parts and that international auto sales would get back to me that day about when to bring it back in. I did not hear back from them on June 29. I text them and they said they would call me early in the week and let me know when to bring it back. Today is July 6, and they still have not called me back. On July 5 2023 I was driving the car to work, and the transmission went out. I had it towed to a mechanic who confirmed it was the transmission that went out. The estimate for the repair is $10113.14. The mechanic told me the transmission had to of been going out that theres no way they wouldve known at the dealership. I called international auto sales because it had not even been 30 days. I explained what happened and the person I talk to so they had to talk to their manager and would call me back. I did not receive a callback. I called them back again at 6:10 PM, no answer, I left a message. I called again July 7 2023 at 10:00am, no answer.

In April of 2020 I purchased a 2004 ************* from International Auto Sales in Las Vegas. The problem began when they sent the title to the vehicle to the wrong address and it was lost in the mail. All calls and emails to the dealership were ignored. In September of 2021 I finally reached out to them again as the car was garage kept and not used during that time. I wanted to register the vehicle here in **** where I currently live. I was told by the staff that they would send an expedited request to the Nevada DMV to have the title processed as normally it takes 6 - 8 weeks. The 5 - 7 business days that the expedited process should have taken passed and after 2 weeks I contacted the Nevada DMV. They said there was a problem with the paperwork as the dealership failed to sign a portion of it and it was sent back to them. I contacted Jose the dealership manager who told me the document was sent back. 2 weeks later the DMV contacts me and said they never received it. The manager lied.
