      I purchase a Lasko fan the fan had missing piece . On the box when you open it , it say contact ***** before returning to store. I contacted the company they first gave me a hard time I had to email receipt then they said the item will ship out on 7/28/23 then after that date I received a email that it will be mail 8/4/23 because back ordered now I received another email its pushed back to 8/13/23. This is beyond ridiculous . I feel they keep staling me and have no intensions to send this piece out. Im so upset I wish I would have just returned this fan but due to a health problem I cant return it. I have no one to return for me. Im so upset that this company keeps stalling on the shipment of the part.

      ***** provided a substitute part that was shipped to the customer on 8/22 on ***** tracking # ************ and scheduled to be delivered on 8/25.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This company took exactly a month to send part out after 5 promise dates. The only reason they sent part out was after I contacted the better business bureau. Shame on Lasko for deceiving their customers and stressing them out for no reason. I was a loyal customer until now.

      Lasko notified Encompass of a substitute part available on 8/22 and Encompass shipped the part the same day. 

      The part was shipped by Encompass at no charge to the customer at Lasko's expense.
