Multiple Service Repair Appointments necessary as a consequence of incomplete repair fulfillment. When requesting a return service visit, Lake Appliance Repair cancelled the request, despite prepaid Manufacturing Warranty Coverage. The tech left the job advising me that the washer was continuing to have issues and that further follow-up/repair required me to contact ***************** Warranty again and request a return repair appointment from Lake Appliance. I did follow his advice, since the washer continued to malfunction. **** cancelled the service appointment made by Whirlpool!! No further notification to me was made; consequently, Lake Appliance did not show-up for the service appointment scheduled for this morning, 21MAR2024. I contacted Lake Appliance directly and they reported that they dropped the ticket! So good luck!Business response

Lake Appliance Repair has been in communication with ****************. As explained by management, critical parts are needed in order to complete the necessary repairs on the Whirlpool washing machine. The scheduled service appointment was rescheduled to allow for the parts to be delivered. There is an appointment scheduled to replace the failed parts on 04/05/2024. Our goal is to complete the repairs so that **************** will have a fully functioning appliance again.
