              May 11, 2024 My son and husband got haircuts at SmartStyle for the first time, but they messed up both of their hair even though I showed them pictures for inspiration and explained the hairstyle we wanted. I called the manager and complained about the service. The manager offered to fix the issue, but I explained that another staff member had already tried to fix my son's hair and had still messed it up. We just want a refund of the $54, but they don't offer refunds. It's frustrating AND STRESSFUL

              I received the worst haircut in my 81 years at SmartStyle on **********! I left a picture and rating on Yelp, ****, **. The company first offered to give me credit in store coupons...now will not accept phone call nor will she answer emails. I have sent photos, etc. to her. Not very professional I think. Look on my Yelp review and see what you think of this haircut for your mother, grandmother, great grandmother. Remember I'm 81 and to have this haircut at this age is a mockery of hairdressers!
