Paid for RV spot until October 25th on a monthly basis. Provided a week's notice to vacate per parks regulations on October 1 . Office personnel informed me we would not get a pro-rated discount for departing early. Office personnel said since the site was paid for until October 25th, the site was ours until then. We informed our neighbors they could use our spot for parking as we had it paid until the 25th. The RV park put someone in our spot on October 19th, taking money from two different parties for the same spot at the same time. We addressed the RV park office personnel and asked for a refund for those extra days they placed someone in our spot we had paid for. We did not get a response after discussing the issue with the office so we contacted "George" the RV park manager. George stated when we left the spot it then belonged to the park and he was free to rent it to who he wanted and that was the end of the story and hung up on our phone conversation. We would like a refund of our money for those days that Shamrock rented out already paid lot out.Business response

I HAVE PROVIDED THE SIGNED NOTICE TO VACATE FORM THAT MR. ***** SIGNED. THIS FORM RELEASES THE SITE AND ALLOWS US TO RERENT THE SITE UPON DEPARTURE.
HE SIGNED THE FORM ON 10/03/2023, AND GAVE A DEPARTURE DATE OF 10/13/2023, ALOWING US TO RENT THE SITE AS OF THE 13TH OF OCTOBER PER THE AGREEMENT MR. ***** SIGNED.
