This place was a circus all right. The worst customer service ever. We were quoted a price over the phone that was reasonable, and because of this, we canceled our reservations at ******** with our RVs. Once checkout came we were charged almost two hundred dollars more than what we were quoted. The front desk manager ***************** was a real creep, very unhelpful he walked away from us twice. On the second time, I called him a name that began with d and ended with a k because of his terrible attitude. I was stunned by his lack of concern about his customers. He said he didn't care if we came back, there were plenty of others who would, nice manager. The valet lost my sister's keys for over 8 hours. It completely ruined our itinerary, they dared to change the $40.00 she paid for valet. My family member is a diabetic, so we had to go back and get them and make several trips to accommodate everyone. This happened to several customers just while we were there. Another real jerk. The valet manager was obnoxious and taunting us. His staff said, "We lost your keys." He said we didn't lose them, I said ok misplaced them for 8 hours, and he said we never lost them. Playing the semantics game. They were AWFUL!!!!!! I will NEVER go back. We also had to walk about four blocks to get to our room, It was not senior-friendly. No maps, nothing. It was horrible, never again. Circus Circus STINKS!!!!!!!!! No wonder it isn't BBB accredited.

Heading to my room and the end of the night, I was approached by security. They asked where I was going I told them my room. And the security officer; ********* she said her name was, said I couldnt. I showed her my room key. And she said thats not a key. They escorted me out of the building at freezing temperatures. I couldnt enter the building. I had to wait in another casino all night. I would not stay here if you want to be warm in your room. Because ********* wont let that happen. Id give them zero stars

I booked a king room and when I checked in the lady that seemed to hate her job told me she only had a room with 2 queens in the *********? But, I could pay more money to stay in the main hotel? Still with the wrong size bed. When I declined giving more money, I had to walk quite a long way with luggage by myself upstairs three different times with no ramps provided and then when I did get to my room, there was hair on the bed and hair on the tub, it was disgusting and very frustrating to say the least. While eating dinner and joking with a bartender at El Jefe I have known for years a drunk customer started harassing me in violation of NRS 203.010 Breach of peace. When I told the drunk to leave me alone I was assaulted in violation of NRS 200.471. I immediately informed a manager with specificity about the actions of this drunk. This manager refused to remove this customer. As a former state trooper I am shocked that no action was taken by this manager. I don’t know if this is corruption or incompetence but the result is the same; stay away from this restaurant.
