            I stayed at GSR from 3/5/2024 to 3/12/2024. On 3/11/2024 my rental car which was parked at a designated area was broken into and my passenger side window was smashed. The security escorted me back to my car and took pictures of the damage. I did not take pictures because I assumed that I will get a copy of the report. They refused to give me the report and did not offer any assistance. I am still waiting from the claim to go through and my deductible is $250. I just want to be reimbursed for my stay since despite being a beautiful hotel, they do not care about their customers property. I would like to discuss with the media about this issue

            I had a very bad experience this time around. I have never been treated like a criminal before. Me my husband and brother was disrespected so bad by staff and security. Long story short when put out our rooms for absolutely no reason. We had just got here Wednesday May 22,2024 and was put out at 5am today. First think first, We was drinking so we couldnt drive we had to sleep in the car. 2nd thing I have diabetes and they was ******* me out my room I left it. Then on top of that I was followed by 10 people as if I was doing something wrong. Im still in **** right now as Im writing this, I was supposed to check out on friday. But because I was speaking up for myself they wanted us gone. Also it all started because my brother was on the craps table, when a guy **** near jumped on the c*** table stopping the dice, because they said he didnt throw the dice all the way back even tho he didnt get a chance to throw them back. If this matter is not addressed I will be taking legal actions and I have a video of everyone. You cant treat people like this just because of you position which was also said to me, that they can make people leave without a reason. So now im sitting in this car stuck and sick.
