I reached out to j resort as well as the third party vendor who sold the tickets for a concert that took place on may 24th 2024 at j resort. I requested a refund from both parties due to me ending up in the hospital after a horrible accident so i was not able to attend the concert. Someone from j resort left me a voicemail stating they will not refund my money no expetions. J resort is absoltuetly disgusting and greedy for not refunding my money. I waa in the hospital for a week and the unforseen circumstance hinded me from attending the concert . The event coordinator who left me a voicemail had zero empathy and was very standoffish unprofessional and rude. J resort should be ashamed of that type of emoloyee. I do not agree what so ever that i cant get a refund i was in a serious accident and that is obsurd. Id like to file a complaint against that even coordinator. For a company that is customer service driven j resort does not have any good customer skills as well as the people they choose to employ shame on them. I want my money backInitial Complaint

I book a room august 26 thru 30 at sand rengecy hotel casino in Reno Nevada.thru booking.com .I canceled within 24 hours 498.00 that I paid because of fires and I am flying from Mississippi we didn’t want to chance being stuck. Plus my brother has had open hard surgery and was advised to stay away from the smoke. I no a 3rd party was use but the hotel still gets the money. We had no problem with them hold money and flying to Reno another day so we lose the money all of it
