      Prepaid room that we checked into online was not prepared when we arrived to the property at midnight after a series of flights all day. My family of four (including a teenager and toddler) waited in the lobby for over an hour and a half while the manager worked to “find us a room”. We were eventually offered a smoking room with one bed, which we had to decline because our eldest has asthma and 4 people can’t share a single bed. We were eventually placed in a two bed non smoking room and offered a “resort credit” that could be used on food at select locations during our stay. I explained that the resort credit was not of interest to us since we plan to go to sleep and leaving in the morning. I then asked if the credit could be applied to my room rate or resort fee, to which she said she will work on removing the resort fee if she can. This is a pathetic example of how customers are treated here at Silver Legacy Reno, and I am a Platinum Rewards member as well. Will be soon closing my credit account with Ceasar’s Rewards and avoiding this terrible business like the plague.

      My girlfriend and I stayed here in march of 2023 and had housekeeping come thru our room between 9:30 pm and 10:30pm without our permission. They lied and said they didn't but security said yes they did.. do not stay here it is dangerous.

      I have never in my life been treated or talked to with so much disrespect by an individual or representative of any establishment until now. ********************************* the manager of Silver legacy **** was so rude and disrespectful. I added a night for my stay at the silver legacy I was guaranteed a rate and the night was added to my reservation. The next day I go to my room and the key does not work I go down to the front desk and the manager tells me that he cannot honor the room for the rate that was given to me, he then starts talking to me with such an attitude the other customers in line could not believe the way he was talking to my wife as well, I was on the phone explaining the situation to him and he kept arguing with me stating he was not going to give me the rate that was promised but the lady at the front desk that added my room. He then stated he could give me the room for a higher price or I can leave and go somewhere else, I have never been talked to like that in my life and I have been staying at silver legacy since March of this year, I will never stay at this hotel again. He did not want to help me or my family and did not care that I have been a loyal customer, I will never stay there again. This establishment cannot treat people this way it is not ok.

      Silver Legacy ********** fraudulent-online-offer of lower rate, charges much higher rate to doubling or even tripling rate per night plus resort fees, tourism surcharges, and multiple taxes, lies and lures guests to stay and pay higher rate by promising refund, then denies refund cheating and ripping off guests. The hotel chain, caesars.com, swindling and cheating ten of thousands of victims to stay and pay much higher rate by running FRAUDULENT-ONLINE-OFFERS of lower rate, lying to make refund of the overcharge, then denying refunds RIPPING OFF victims. Please have Silver Legacy Hotel and its hotel chain, caesars.com, refund the FRAUDULENT credit card charges.

      We had prepaid for a room when bringing our daughter to UN Reno. Less than a day before check-in, my daughter was diagnosed with Covid-19. We notified the hotel immediately that we were unable to travel and needed to cancel. We were aware that because it was less than 24 hours in advance, we would not receive a refund for the first day of our stay. However, it has now been six weeks and we still haven’t had a refund for the remaining two nights we booked. Numerous phone calls and emails have led to the same “you should have resolution in 24-48 hours” which never happens.

      There is a lot of room for improvement. Have had many issues. From over charges on Seven Star trips to not honoring promotions. In some cases a promo is sent in an offer and than changed after we get to the casino. In other times like on Sept. 6 a promo is advertised, we are told by three hosts and the desk that it will be honored and it is not. Costs us and everyone who gambled thousands in comp dollars. Just a general lack of integrity at this casino. Actually have a long list of issues but you can get the idea. Great potential here but very poor performance.
