I placed an order for the first time to try one of their products on Jan 1, ****. I did not get an email confirm but my card was immediately charged for $23.97, order #****. I emailed their support and it was bounced back, with a auto message saying my message was blocked, "your message to ********************************** has been blocked,...recipient address rejected: access denied." The telephone number listed goes directly to a voice mail and no one ever picks up after multiple attempts to call at various times during the week. I will file a dispute charge with my credit card and hope to get my money back.Initial Complaint

February 10, 2023 Order #**** The order is still in processing and has not been fulfilled. Numerous attempts to contact the contact the company have been unsuccessful. I would like to know if they're still in business and if they'll process the order.
