I would give zero stars if i could. This is in regards to the ********** store. Terrible business. I took in a Playstation 4 slim console for repair. They returned the wrong console to me. I didn't realize until it was too late, as it was my sons console. The one they gave us, that was an entirely different console, was also damaged and needed repair. Tried to get assistance from the corporate office, and they could do nothing. Don't trust them with your devices. They may lose them and give you something else. Terrible customer service. I am repulsed by this company and their service provided.

Absolutely horrible experience. Took my cell phone in for screen repair. picked it up ( $ ******) and asked ***** at the desk to put on a new protector. It fell off in 2 days- the screen has lost touch sensitivity, so sad.y, she was inept at doing that also.When I picked up my phone, I left my 2022 M1 MacBook Air there for a screen replacement- ***** said it would cost ****** and take two days. I asked them to put in writing the ****** estimates to install my new screen. The guy gave me a receipt, and I did not look at it. It was not until yesterday, July *****, while I was on the phone with corporate I saw that they actually CHARGED ME ******! He lied to me to my face! nd he actually CHARGED ME at that moment! I brought them a brand new screen, which she said she would install) When I went to pick it up, I asked her to show me that it was working, IT WAS NOT WORKING. The camera for Zoom calls was broken. I left it there again ( for two days, supposedly). I called for 2 WEEKS. When would I call? - this ***** person would say she was the new owner, a gay name ***** said he was the new owner and another female was there also, not an owner but also no help. A guy named ******* at least took messages. I finally called " corporate" ( which at this point seems to be an utter JOKE). ****** with no ID to give, said they spoke to the store mgt, ***** was willing to install a new screen for me " for free" due to all my problems. I then offered to have the store buy another screen as they told me the new one I brought was faulty. Then this RORAN person told me he was not interested in helping me and he would MAIL ME MY ( NOW BROKEN) 2022 computer!! I talked to corporate- they were all embarrassingly inept. All they did was deflect, divert, and obfuscate. This company and these people should not be in business. If you want a truly horrid punishing experience go there. Absolutely appalling. I had to take a security guard there with me as a witness to get my Mac! THEIVES!
