            On May 13, 2024, I had to register with Homewisedocs to upload a document for homewise to submit the questionnaire to the ************************* It has been over 8 days for the questionnaire to be delivered to the management company - come to find out that it was never sent as promised. Since the document was due in 1 day, I called homewisedocs to find a resolution and ****** (their customer service representative) was rude and inappropriate when talking to me on the phone.This is totally uncalled for when I am inquiring on the status of my order.Therefore, I would like to be reimbursed the $166.95 on my credit card.

            They charge for governing documents that are free to the public on the *** management website. They bundle pdf's, not allowing the option to choose the documents you need. PDF's from the 90's and 20's are charging $30+ that are free just finding the documents yourself. When requesting a refund on documents I already had, they denied me. **** dispute through my bank to get my money bank. This company is scan, and it's predatory that there isn't another way to get access to your own property material documents.
