**FRAUD ALERT**I was contacted by the owner Archie B*** (Co Owner of 775 Vapes) based in Reno, Nevada February 27th 2023 He called me asking if I wanted to place an online order for Vape Juice through Venmo/Cashapp OR PAYPAL. I told him I don't use any of those service, I paid him $100 through ZELLE 10 mins later the owner Archie B*** texted me back and said "This is bad I might need ur help", I kindly called him back to see what was going on? he said he needed another $40 so he could pay the employee who makes the vape juice, He promised to pay me back the following day which I have NOT been reimbursed for. FAST FORDWARD to Monday March 3rd 2023 I looked at my bank statement and there was $362.45 in PAYPAL charges with ARCHIE B***'S name attached. These are 100% Unauthorized/Fraudulent charges to my personal bank account. I confronted him about these charges and explained to him that he had already been paid $140 through ZELLE, He denied any wrong doing he a LIAR and a theive. I made Mutiple attempts to try and rectify the situation with the owner and was promised to be refunded and also be given the products I paid for. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, Tracking number shows no package being delivered to **** Excuse after excuse is all I get. Now he is blaming his business partner ****** who I have never met or talked to before. At this point I don't believe a word he is saying! It's been over a week and he still hasn't paid me back or try to rectify the problem. I used to think 775 Vapes was a honest and reliable business but after reading another complaint and it matching up to my experience. Its a NO Brainer, I have lost a total of $361.65 for What supposed to be $100 ... I had to get a new debit card so this doesnt happen again I'm wondering who else he has screwed over..... MY bank is now involved and I want to file a complaint through the BBB Thank you for your time, *****
