Ordered and Paid $42.60 for a hood filter for my kitchen hood on 3/22/2022. The product was 14x14x1/2 inches and made out of aluminum. On April 1st I received an email telling me the product had been completed and was being shipped by the United States Post Office on order number ****. I was given the following information today form the United States Post Office: USPS Logo Hello Gerald Mattos, A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 7:53 pm on April 1, 2022 in CARSON CITY, NV 89701. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Tracking Number: ********************** My Filter House gave me the following telephone number to call if I had any problems: I have called more than 3 times in the past 3 days: ###-###-####. It appears that the WEB SITE where the pictures of the items to order cannot be accessed today. I was able to access it on Monday of this week. Gerald W. Mattos ###-###-####Initial Complaint

Submitted an order on 5 March 2022 for three range hood filters. The firm collected $49.20 on my card on 6 March 2022. Received an email dated 5 March 2022 indicating that order was received and order #**** given my request. The email also gave me a USPS tracking number of **********************. After checking with USPS several times, I called only to be informed that they were running behind. A week later, on 21 March 2022 I emailed the firm and received a response stating that my order was to be shipped the next day, 22 March 2022. Several subsequent checks with USPS shopw the materials have not even reached the post office. Now the phone mailbox at the firm is full, I have emailed twice more and have received no response.Initial Complaint

Ordered product from them on 9-17-2021, received an email on 9-20-2021 with tracking number. The item still hasn't left their location and it only says that the tracking number has been created. Have emailed and called company multiple time in the last 2 weeks about where the product is and asking for a refund and no one is getting back with me.
