A representative of the company came to my house to do a home inspection and in doing so tested the breakers which turned my freezer off in which everything was defrosted and I will likely lose everything in there. I have/had at least a quarter of a cow plus miscellaneous other items. The inspection was done on 3/14 but wasnt noticed until 3/24. Also post inspection I ran my dishwasher which now is extremely loud. The inspector decided he needed to run it while he was here.

On March 24, 2023 we contacted the homeowner concerning the complaint. In the process of our inspection it is necessary to test the outlets in the home and one of them apparently controlled the freezer in the garage. These are reset when the Inspection is completed but the homeowner suggested we did not. this is difficult to verify especially with the amount of time that passed between the inspection and the complaint. I spoke to the homeowner and offered to resolve any issues with a loss but she indicated she was not sure if anything was damaged beyond use. the dishwasher was tested as is required during an inspection. The homeowner did not like me operating it so asked see to cancel the cycle in the middle which I did. At that time there were not concerns with the way it was operating. After the inspection the homeowner indicated that it started making noise. We do no more that turn it on by the controls and let it run. No problems were noted at the time we were there and were operating it.
