      On October 4, 2021 I purchased supplies outlet compatible HP 202X toner cartridges 4 pack (All colors) product number: ************ for $178.17, that had a 100% full lifetime warranty that is listed on my original bill of sale and on all of the toner cartridge boxes. Recently the printing became very light and streaked so on Thursday 9/7/2023 at 6:19 p.m. I contacted Jan at: [email protected]. Jan then reply to me Friday 9/8/2023 at 8:57 a.m. that we apologize that you're having issues with our cartridges, we regret to inform you that we have discontinued our lifetime warranty services due to a policy change and new ownership. On Friday 9/8/2023 at 9:44 a.m. Jan then emailed me and I quote "please send the actual statement that you have there stating that you have lifetime warranty, thank you and have a great day". I took photos of all the toner cartridge boxes and of all my original receipts that says I have a 100% guaranteed lifetime warranty and emailed them to her on Friday 9/8/2023 at 9:58 a.m. I did not hear back from Jan until Monday 9/11/2023 at 10:06 a.m. where she says and I quote "unfortunately, we cannot fulfill the request since we must adhere to our policies. We only have a 1-year warranty on the cartridges here. Thank you and have a wonderful day. PLEASE SEE A COPY OF THE ENCLOSED EMAILS BETWEEN JAN AND I. Between the back and forth between Jan and I over several days the bottom line is that supplies outlet refuses to meet their obligation and honor their lifetime warranty service on these four cartridges, because as I've already stated they have changed their full lifetime warranty policies due to new ownership. On Tuesday 9/12/2023, 1:25 p.m. I called suppliesoutlet ###-###-#### xt: 153 and spoke with a female named Joh? who told me that they cannot honor the lifetime warranty policy due to ownership changes and will only honor the 1-year warranty either from their own supplies outlet compatibility items or the OEM cartridges.

      I contacted Supplies Outlet online regarding the return of Toners I had purchased in the past and no longer could use as I had purchased a new printer that did not use this model of toner. I was told on January 13, 2023, the two RMA numbers to use to return the toner to their Memphis, TN location. (**** **** ******, Memphis TN 38118). I shipped the toners back on January 23, 2023, by USPS (Tracking **********************). It was received by them on January 26, 2023, at 12:26 PM. I was told the refund would occur within 10 business days from the receipt of the items by Jan W****** Simacio. I have sent 3 emails to the location with NO RESPONSE on the timeframe for when the refunds would be processed. This has become quite frustrating since I have been doing business with the company for years without any issues. All I want is my REFUND for the toners returned!

      Order # ******* placed 10/31/2022 paid $123.52. Boxes for toner cartridges were never unsealed; cartridges are new and unused. Began return process before 11/16/22 (first communication I have access to is 11/16/22). I have communicated with the company numerous times via phone, email, and the messages page on their website. I have kept all written communication on my end. Below is the last communication I sent to them on 01/26/23: "The above mentioned item was purchased in October and days after I received it, I realized it was not what I needed. It took nearly 45 days to get a return authorization from SuppliesOutlet.com. When I finally received the return authorization, I mailed the toner cartridges back to SupplieOutlet.com and, according to USPS.com, you received the items on December 27, 2022 at 2:10 pm. I have yet to receive a refund and am growing increasingly frustrated. While the Orders page on my account does not reflect it, I have been purchasing toner from your business for many years and urged friends and family to also use your business for their needs. It is time for this relationship to end because the customer service I have received has been appalling. Please follow up on the tracking number for these items and if I have not received a refund on my credit card within the next 10 days (2/6/23), I will open a dispute with my credit card and also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Nevada.       I placed an order on 1/28/2021 for toner that was claimed on their website to be compatible and premium toner for my brand new brother printer. Once I went through the toner that came with the printer I started using the toner ordered from Suppliesoutlet.com and the toner was not premium/compatible and it ended up ruining my brand new printer. I started having issues with my printer that I never had before and print quality issues. I contacted Suppliesoutlet.com for a refund of my order in the amount of $131.85 and I requested a return shipping label so that I could return the entire order. They have refused. I would like to get this resolved ASAP.
