I had an appointment scheduled. I was called a few days before and said it Was for the following week. I said no. It's this week and I was told once again. No it's for next week.. So I showed app the next week. And then they told me in the office. The girls said the technician is out with covid and she cannot do the procedure. I said how come you did not call me? I live 50 minutes away.And I did not get an answer. I prepaid because the doctor said it twice in the consult. You should pay a head of time. The appointment was to remove a mole on my face. And I wanted some laser done that was going to be another appointment. When I left the consult. I paid $375. So after I showed up the second appointment it was told there is nobody here to take care of you to. *** I said you know I don't think this is going to work for me. I would like to just be refunded. The girls proceeded to try to refund me. But they couldn't get no tape in the credit card machines. So she said we will have to send you a check. I said that is fine. I was driving down the road. And I get a call from them saying the machine. We got the machine working, I said. Well, I'm down the road. Would you be able to still send me the check. They said we will do that today. The following week I did not receive a check in the mail. I decided to call. And the guy that made my appointments for me in the first place answered. He said we are not going to refund you. The doctor said he will not refund you because you miss your appointment. I don't know who is in charge in the office. But they are a disaster and to take my money. Especially after all, the confusion about the appointments. And you didn't bother calling me is just wrong. There's so many other places you can get procedures like this in **** that I'm sure we'll not take your money. I honestly think I'm just being taken. Advantage of the doctor did ask me if I had a brain injury. . Please go somewhere else
