I hired Firesky to complete my backyard renovation. I am experiencing many warranty issues and they are not returning my numerous email requests or calls. I have submitted official requests to claim these construction issues under their warranty policy. They are completely ignoring all requests. I had another company come out and acknowledge issues with the pavers that Firesky LandArt installed. I originally brought these issues to FireSky’s attention on 4/8/22 in writing. I have shown them the issues in person during our walk through. I am still in my warranty period and want them to fix these issues they caused (which appear to be irrigation/drainage issues). I do not want these issues to further damage my newly installed backyard or my house as a whole. I have already spent money on other companies to come out and give a second opinion, which I should not have to pay for! FireSky should honor their contract and fix these issues covered by their warranty. I am hoping to have the BBB step in and contact FireSky (so I do not have to spend more money on an attorney). FireSky is a licenced Landscape Contractor and Paver Contractor in the State of Nevada. FireSky also employs Registered Landscape Architects on staff to oversee all work. FireSky ownership has over 30yrs of experience designing and installing all type of construction projects. Here in Nevada, FireSky has installed over 1000 high-end residential projects with satisfied customers. Some of the projects we install become award winners. At FireSky it is our intention to have every project to have a successful completion.
FireSky installed this Landscape in the during the winter of 2022. We completed the project in a timely manner. As the project was installed during freezing temperatures at night we experienced some issues upheaving in the pavers where moisture got under the subgrade. Its FireSky intention to repair the pavers once the owners provides us a time to go back on site to get the work done. We have already scheduled one day to repair the pavers but the owner did not allow the crew to enter the property.
On a separate issue regarding the sod installation we had issues with the turf. The owner was notified not to use lawn for several weeks after the sod was installed to allow time for the lawn to root. Its our understanding the owner used the turf for a gathering the next weekend playing games on the lawn. FireSky replaced the sod at no charge to the client.
The client has suggested that the drip irrigation was not properly installed on certain trees. The client has indicated they had another company come out to inspect the work without allowing FireSky to be there to discuss the installation. FireSky understands that the other company suggested that only 2 emitters per tree was necessary. FireSky installs (4) 2 gpm as per industry standard.
FireSky understands that one of the trees installed may have been installed a little too low. During installation a mistake like this can be made. FireSky will be inspect the planting with the client in our next site meeting. Any planting that was installed to industry standard will be corrected.
During FireSky's correspondence with the client we have had two complaints from our project management team that the client was being disrespectful to them. This may have caused time delays in our teams response to future request. FireSky will address this with the management team.

FireSky attempted to meet with the client several days after the comments were posted. The client indicated they were on vacation and would be back in a couple weeks. FireSky agreed to meet with the client upon their return. A meeting has been set for July 19th.
The client is claiming that the pavers are now a hazard although the first indication from the client is that there were some small gaps in the pavers where the sand sealer had come out. Since we have not been allowed to go on site, we cannot fairly assess the client's concerns. FireSky will address any paver issues that does not meet industry standard once the onsite meeting has occurred and a course of direction has been decided.
FireSky looks forward to assessing any issues on the project and taking care of any warranty items that are justified.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. They have scheduled a time to review the warranty eligible repairs. I will follow up with the BBB following their review to make sure everything is completed/fixed as per FireSky's contract.
