MailmovingINC is a fraudulent company posing as the **** and stealing money from innocent people. Please shut them down.They are trying to collect $99.65 from me for a fraudulent charge - looking online they are scammers doing this to so many people.Business response

We apologize for the misunderstanding. While we are not the ***** we did submit a Change of Address request to the **** on your behalf. Nevertheless, we have a money back satisfaction guarantee and if a customer is not happy with our ******************** for any reason whatsoever we always provide 100% of their money back.
However, our records show that you already filed a chargeback with your credit card company. If your credit card company accepts the chargeback the funds will be returned to you automatically. In the event your credit card company does not accept the chargeback and you do not receive funds reversed to you we would be happy to process the refund from our end.
But as of right now since the chargeback is still currently being reviewed and pending a decision by the credit card company we have to wait and see whether or not the credit card company accepts the chargeback and reverses the charge.
In case your credit card company does not reverse the charge please contact our customer service and we will issue the refund from our end. Thank you for your understanding.

Their site is deceptive, I was in a hurry and didn't pay close enough attention. While deceptive, that's on me. However, the charge I agreed to was $1.95, and they charged my card $99.75. This is criminal.Business response

Went to change my address with **** I ended up on mypostalchange.org I didn't pay very close attention to the website It looked ligit like it was the ****. I filled everything out an was immediately charged ***** for pretty much nothing in return. The **** only charge a **** to change address. So I call number to get refund I get a completely automated machine trying to get me to accept 50% off on order I declined then it tried for ***** I declined then it went for **** I accepted to hopefully get my money back. I ended up getting in touch with a human an they did send me a confirmation email for return of 97 an some change. But I haven't received my refund yet they claim 3-5 day to received back. An the fact of the matter they are hiding they will charge ***** is a complete scam. They hope someone won't notice. The website is setup to mimick the ****. We apologize for the misunderstanding. While we are not the ***** we did submit a Change of Address request to the **** on your behalf. As part of our fee, we also include many other services, such as notifying additional organizations of your move, registering your number on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, and more.
Nevertheless, we have a money back satisfaction guarantee. We have checked our records and they show that on Oct 20, 2021 at 11:50 PM we received a cancellation request from you submitted via our automated system where you agreed to keep only the change of address service for a fee of only $1.95 and the transaction was voided for $97.9. Voided transaction means the charge will not process through your account and should completely disappear/drop off from your account within ***** hours and remain the charge of $1.95.
As a measure of good faith, we have also issued you a full refund of $1.95 which should be reflected in your account within the next 3-5 business days and you will still be able to receive the other services at no charge.

On 9/26/2021 I attempted to change my address on what I thought was the **** website. When I checked my charges I had been charged $89.65. I called customer service and was put through an automated system offering me various other services until it was stated I would be refunded for all except the $1.05 charge for the change address and it would take a few days to reflect on my account. After a few days the charge went away, however was pending again on 10/5/2021. I called again and was told through the automated system my problem was being resolved and hung up on. It was not and my account was charged the $89.65 rather than the **** amount I was told.Business response

I am moving and wanted to change my address. I went to what was thought to be the **** site to change my address. Mypostalchange.org Was the site i thought to be a true site. Today, October 7, 2021, I used this company's website thinking it was **** and after I placed my card info in their website, it came up with all these fees and I thought was odd just to change my address.
