I bought a motorcycle at Eurocycle Reno in August 2023. The motorcycle had a lien holder, I was told that I would receive the title in the mail in about one month. It has been since August and I still have not received the ******. I contact Eurocycle personel and either get no response or get the usual response of "the ****** is being processed and you should get it soon" . Thus far still no ******. They have issued me 5 DMV temporary slips so that I can ride the motorcycle but I can't register it without the ******. Please advise me on what I should do. Regards LNInitial Complaint

I purchased a 2022 Triumph Bobber motorcycle from Eurocycle Reno on 9/7/2022. The transaction was a cash sale. I paid a total of $15,963.69. This included $369.00 in document fees and $29.25 in Title and DMV fees. At the time of the sale I inquired as to when I could expect the title. I was told that it could be as long as 60 days because the DMV was backed up. In late October, I went to the dealership to inquire on the status as it was close to the 60 day mark. I was told it could be more than 90 days. In mid-December, after the 90 days had elapsed, I went back to Eurocycle and was told that the DMV was still backed up and it could be more than 90 days. Additionally, they told me that all titles were held in their Las Vegas office, and they would inquire with them and get back to me within the week. That did not happen. Tired of waiting, I went to the dealership a third time on 2/12/2022. Again, it was reiterated to me that the DMV was backed up more than 90 days. At this point it had been 153 days. I was promised that they would get back to me again, and this time they did. I received a call at 9:51 am today, 2/14/2022, but I was at work and could not pick up. I called them back after I got off work, and was told that they sent the title to me back in October. Which I believe to be a lie. I explained that I had not received it, and they told me to take it up with the DMV. At this point, I am still without a title for my motorcycle. I would like the help of the BBB to have the business send me the title, obtain a duplicate if it was lost in the mail, or refund the fees I paid for the purpose of providing me a title.
