date: 08/04/2023 Money paid. $745.53 I paid for a product and service that was substandard. I asked for a replacement or refund, and they told me that there wasn't one. I mention fact that there wasn't anything posted, and their response was so what. I checked the licensing site and all i could find was glasses salesman. I received them in the mail with no paperwork, i paid 100 dollars for a examine a got no prescription. t took them to another optometrist, and they told me they looked like a beginner made them. I read reviews of this place and I'm not the only with the exact same problem. I believe this is a bait and catch business. I saw no window indorsements and a office in total chaos. They insisted that is was the doctor's ******Business response

I am rejecting this response because:They do not know what they are doing, I have referred this to other optometrists and again they describe the shoddy workmanship , all I want is a REFUND and case close. You obviously cant afford a refund, so I do believe an alternate means of retrieving it is at hand.
