On Oct. 1, I dropped off my dogs for boarding over the weekend. I paid in advance for the boarding and for my 2 dogs to have toenail trims. When I picked up the dogs on Monday, they had not had their nails trimmed. They told me the groomer is pregnant and didn't feel well over the weekend so wasn't able to come in. Fine. They still have not credited my credit card back for the 2 toenail trims. I have called twice and left messages. They keep trying to convince me to come back and get the toenail trims, but one of my dogs came home from boarding with a bleeding cut on his head, so I don't want to take them back there.
